Good size room with a comfortable bed with a fan an also AC. The room had a balcony and it's just a few minutes from Terminal 1, international departures. But you have to use a bridge so it's a bit harder with all the steps if you have a lot of luggage. Free coffee, tea, water, snacks.

We booked it for one night when we arrived late and had to leave early again from DMK airport. The walking distance to the airport is very convenient. Everything was nice and clean and perfect for a one night stay. The AC is cool and quiet, the area also good. We found stores, restaurants and an ATM close by, which was all we expected from the area.

It's only a few months old, Very nice, modern spacious rooms, well appointed, Big tv, Netflix, Rooftop pool and lounges very clean, Good sized saltwater pool. Staff at front desk were so friendly and helpful. Don in the restaurant is a gem, Thankyou

It was very close to Don Muang airport, so very convenient. There is a 7-11 close by and a few food stalls and restaurants. The room was basic and the bathroom is small, but it's okay for an overnight. The staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival. The room was clean and the AC worked well. The bathroom was hot because of a little opening in the wall for ventilation, but there was ample hot water if needed too.

An amazing place to stay close to airport and rail, safe, secure, and it is my third visit there. It is my go to when I visit Bangkok on a short layover as it away from the noise of Bangkok central. It is peaceful and good for my PTSD and super convenient.

The receptionist was very lovely, professional, and patient, helping us a lot during our stay. As mentioned in other reviews, the hotel is very clean and quiet. The location is excellent with many great food options nearby; both the morning and night markets are very convenient. Even though I was feeling unwell this time, I felt very comfortable resting here. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The Experience: Old-fashioned and utilitarian compared to BKK. The layout is frustrating with "endless" bus transfers inside the terminal—be prepared for a long shuffle before you even exit. ⚠️ The TDAC Nightmare: The new Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) is a mandatory digital form. It can add 30–60 minutes to your arrival. Staff are generally unhelpful if it’s not done, and the airport Wi-Fi is terrible—fill it out 2-3 days before you fly. ⚠️ Sleep Box Scam: Don’t stay at the terminal "Sleep Boxes." They charge 2,000–3,000 baht for a few hours. Walk a few hundred meters outside to find private rooms for 200–300 baht. The Silver Lining: Wat Don Mueang Neighborhood: Once you escape the terminal, the area is a quiet, walkable gem. The Temple: Wat Don Mueang is right across the road. It's a royal temple with a massive 29-meter pagoda—great for a peaceful stroll (just cover your knees/shoulders). Convenience: Two 24/7 7-Elevens and plenty of street food are right on the path to the local hostels. Summary: A dated maze with frustrating paperwork, but the surrounding neighborhood is peaceful, cheap, and offers 10x the value of staying inside.

Wat Don Muan is a nice temple. Beautiful and peaceful. There is a local market near the temple. Interesting to watch around and taste local foods and fruits. People in the market who are selling foods are friendly and kind. Good to observe local people's life even while transit time of the flight.

The hotel was extremely hard to find even though I was within 20 metres. The rooms just sit quietly above a dim sum restaurant. Very little signage on the street and no direct direction on booking.com Friendly staff once discovered though. Even my taxi driver couldn't get directions from a shop close by. Needs clarification on web site of location above Dim sum restaurant.

Value for money is very good and the owner is very accommodating and helpful. The property is clean, with very cold air-conditioning units, complete with unlimited drinking cold and hot water. Nice and safe to stay

Perfect when wanting to stay close to Don Mueang airport.

Perfect when wanting to stay close to Don Mueang airport. Only 138 baht taxi using Bolt. Everything you need at the house. It is homestay but it feels so comfy and you are very welcome there 10/10 for personal and helpful service. Early checkout at 11am but we went out to sightsee anyway, The whole place is clean, clean, clean and very comfortable. Not easy to find unless you follow Google maps as it is in a gated, residential soi of smart 3 storey townhouses. No large signage. It has a shared kitchen so if hungry, take some food or order as we did from Grab. The nearest 7-11 is 700m. Would definitely stay again !!!

The apartment block is at the end of a lane off the main road. It's about 2 km from Zeer Rangsit. Over the main road is a 7/11 and a couple of fairly ordinary restaurants, so there is not much nearby in terms of facilities. The apartment room was on the grpound floor near the office. The room is perfectly adequate. Staff are friendly and the room is made up each day. This is a good option if you are looking for somewhere cheap and have your own transport.

I didn’t really walk around the area so I can’t comment. But it is very near to impact arena where the concert was held which was the reason I come to Thailand . I would love to explore Cosmo Bazzar though I just didn’t have enough time . Food are cheap and grab taxi are very affordable.

The location was good but the condition of the place was very bad. There was a water leak somewhere in the hall or outside and water was all over the floor in the bedroom (too much to mop up with the provided towel. You had to wear shoes and had to keep your belongings on the bed.) Everything in the bathroom was leaking. The toilet didn’t flush. There was water everywhere (you couldn’t sit down) and urinal cakes in the sink (it smelt disguising). It would be much better to stay a little further from the airport at a more clean location.

Wouldn’t go back again. It’s far from everything. A muddy road to the property, a dusty room . You only can rely on the taxi to pick you up and go get food. There is not restaurant and the price is expensive for the quality.
