The staffs were friendly. The morning reception staffs were mainly women so that made me feel at ease. They were motherly and caring❤️ I like that i could borrow their vacuum to vacuum seal my bags of clothes! Other hotels (that were 4 -5 stars) didn't understand what I meant and said no. That was my major disappointment from the other hotel nearby. Because of convenience and service in 12pm, I would definitely come here again! They have self laundry and dryer available as well(30-40baht). Cafe/beverages are open 24/7. Staffs were attentive to their surroundings, this made me feel safe. Their room is great for short stays or if you prefer a home-feel. Location was perfect as it was a walkable distance to the bustling areas. The street is not dodgy and there are two 7/11 nearby. Great for female travelers. There's always someone walking at every point of time no matter how late as there's hotels down the street as well. Away from the party area as well. I would say this place is family friendly. Non-smoking rooms but there's a comfortable smoking area outside. Shaded and there's plenty chairs with 3 umbrella tables. There's a fridge in the room. The room was clean and has all the necessities you needed. Soap and shampoo provided. The lobby area downstairs has plenty of seats for you to lounge around. When we left, all the staffs assisted us with our luggage. They have cats around as well!

Recomend! 10/10. Pool - nice, clean. Staff - super friendly. AC - great! Rooms nice, big. Location good, because you can get tuk tuk and grab to anywhere you want, and the hotel area is not very noisy. So I liked the stay.

The room is new, spacious and very well-maintained, suitable for both long term and short term stay. The bed is extremely comfortable which I’m still missing even back home. The water pressure and temperature in shower is perfect which is quite rare in Thailand especially for the similar price point. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. There’s shuttle from the stay to nearest BTS station.
