The hotel is very well located, the rooms are spacious, clean and confortable. There are two pools with great views, good restaurant. The breakfast is really well stocked. The staff was super nice, I had a problem with a taxi and they were very helpfull, specially Nueng (concierge). Thank you very much for the great stay, highly recomended.

it was a wonderful stay at the Hotel. The Manager/Personal at the reception was very accommodating and friendly. Our room is very big and clean and has a good view of the city. The breakfast buffet is very tasty and a lots of variety to choose. the Location was great also because theres a lot of Tiangge near the hotel. Over all we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Highly recommended.

We were on the 31st floor so the view was amazing. Place was very clean and it had everything we needed. The rooftop pool was nice and the lounge next to the pool provides free snacks for the guests. 7/11 and some chain restaurants can be found in the same building.

Rooms were comfy and spacious, clean and very nicely organized and designed, had everything we needed and more. The staff were super kind and helpful, and location is outstanding - strategic , attached to metro and train, close to the Terminal 21 mall, and surrounding area offers a lot in terms of food, fun and shopping, great restaurants and shops around.

All is good. We were living on 68th floor with perfect view.

Room size is quite big with three bad and we got big attached bathroom which is almost like a room (Room No 1405). Location is excellent for family with kids as this area is away from chaotic bangkok nightlife. Staffs are very much cordial and helpful. Swimming pool and food in restaurant is very much impressive. Food price in the restaurant is cheaper then outside.

Because of a long layover in Bangkok airport I chose to spend a night in a hotel. Great choice. The staff were very kind and courteous. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. They offered a free airport shuttle bus. Breakfast was plentiful.

Frequent visitors to Bangkok (3 times a year) and been staying here for years. We’ve stayed in more expensive hotels, bigger brands but why pay more? This place is in a perfect city centre location and superb value for money. Ok some of the rooms are a bit tired but still spotless and well equipped. The staff are attentive and helpful an always there for us. Everything you need is on this street - cheap bars, more upmarket bars, 7-11, massage, barber, tailor, ATMs and taxis always outside the front door.

Quiet, spacious, close to the mall

Excellent location, near the tourist atractions, restaurants, shops and markets, very comfortable room. Beautiful room, hotel and pool design. Very beautiful and comfortable rooms. Supper, excellent bubble bath in the room. Very nice and helpful stuff.

Location is perfect, and so far it's the nicest hotel I stayed in on Sukhumvit 11. Very comfortable room, clean hotel all round and very friendly staff.

The location is perfect for connecting to other parts of the city. Terminal 21 (a gorgeous shopping mall, where you can find everything) is only a 15 minute walk. Taxis are available in front of the hotel every minute of the day. The room in the Sky Wing is really spacious. Very comfortable for sleeping, sitting, working at a desk.

It has a prime location alongside the river. The river shuttles are very nice, need to book your ride every time you need to use them. We loved the pool, the spa, the coffee shop, and the ice cream shop. The staff were extremely helpful and sweet. The room is spacious and very clean.
