The vibe of the hotel is amazing, with a very well-designed interior, and the staff is amazing in every aspect. When we checked out, our flight was a late night, and the staff was cooperative in accommodating us throughout the day. They made sure our luggage was safe at the hotel throughout the day and even allowed us to use the hotel facilities to freshen up before our flight, even though we had already checked out in the morning.

The warm welcoming from the staffs is excellent. The room is simple decorated in white colour, make us feel comfortable with sufficient appliances inside. I extremely loved the bed, it was a big bed for 2 persons but I felt it can be for 3 adults 😆 The staffs always tried their best to support us when we required something. Really appreciate their effort and support 🥰

5-Star Experience! Best breakfast and location. Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of superlative. From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The Food: The breakfast spread is incredible—exceptionally rich and diverse, featuring both European and Asian menus. Every meal we had at the restaurant was delicious and prepared with visible attention to detail. The Room: Our room was very spacious and kept in pristine condition. A huge plus was the housekeeping service, which cleaned the room twice a day, ensuring everything was always fresh. Location & Transport: Getting to the main sights is effortless. The hotel provides a private boat shuttle every 30 minutes to the main pier. From there, you can catch any boat to the tourist attractions and the city center. If you prefer land travel, there is also a metro station right at the pier. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and easy access to the city!

We stayed there for our honeymoon and the hospitality of the staff was absolutely amazing. Location is also perfect as it is located within walking distance to all the key shopping areas and street food. We made the most of the cocktail hours in Siraa Lounge where the small bites where just delicious. Nila is a lovely Indian restaurant which is a must try. Hotel is Highly recommended and we will definitely be returning ext year.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! Everything was great. Breakfast buffet is amazing with lots of vegetarian options. The restaurant is amazing, but can be quite expensive. Pool and gym are big and super clean. Bed is so comfy too! There are so many small details all over the hotel like games consoles and movie night!

The most stunning thing about this hotel it’s its location! Close to all the temples, as well as many restaurants ! A thing to do is to book in advance to have dinner with the beautiful view of the temple! We didn’t reserve in advance and it was fully booked and I see why!

Bangna is a nice safe neighbourhood but not in a central location and I wouldnt recommend for first time visitors. Its a 15min train ride from Sukhumvit and for people travelling on a budget, make sure you stay close to the BTS. We were there just because of accommodation. The hotel offered a package that met our needs.

I stayed near the Victory monument , area which is like a hub for public transportation so it was very easy to get around for cheap. There s a nice little park nearby the hotel to get away from all the traffic and relax or do some jogging. Not many big shopping centers , around the victory monument the bigest one was the One center which has a few decent restaurants on the 3 rd floor. The hotels are cheaper around this area and you can go anywahere with bts or bus or grab/ bolt or motorbike taxis etc

I booked 2nd time the reason I trusted booking.com I checked in early morning today, I sent messages to booking.com spoke to the guy in reception, they gave me a room close to the kitchen, constantly banging, every 5 Minutes there is someone coming to kitchen and making noise, loud shouting, all bathroom, sockets doesn’t work, internet very slow, I guess this thing is for older people with no other choices, they just told me tomorrow we will see!! Not very helpful. Best thing to do is stay in Siam or sukumvit area, I made a mistake. Other platform like trip is very good and helpful

Bangkok is a great place for a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, especially if you’re travelling from the UK. When you first arrive, there’s an incredible amount to do, see and experience, and it’s a fantastic introduction to Asia. I’d recommend staying for around 3–4 weeks if you want to explore properly without feeling rushed. One of my biggest recommendations would be to use the public transport, particularly the trains. The rail networks are incredibly efficient and modern, and travelling by train is an experience in itself and a great way to see more of the country. I’d also recommend mixing up your accommodation — stay in some resort-style hotels, but also try more traditional island resorts and homestays. Getting a mixture of experiences really adds to the trip. The food is generally cheap, although not quite as cheap as you might expect once you’ve travelled around the country. Prices vary considerably depending on the area. Healthcare is good, and overall we felt a great sense of safety and security while travelling. That said, I personally found Bangkok slightly overrated after spending a longer period of time there. After a while, some areas can start to feel quite repetitive. If you’re planning a longer trip around Asia, I’d strongly recommend adding Vietnam to your itinerary. It offers a completely different experience and can really refresh the trip. Overall, Bangkok is definitely worth visiting and is a great starting point for exploring Asia.
