The room was exactly as shown in the photos, very spacious and fully equipped. Highspeed stable wifi. Co-working space was spacious, with a lot of sound-proof meeting booths. The rooftop pool offers a great sunset view, the restaurant is affordable and the food was great. There's a game room with pool billard, table tennis, a children playground, a gym and a yoga studio! I have absolutely nothing bad that I can say about this hotel. It is beautifully designed, has it's own ATM and snack vendor and the staff was friendly. It is not in a central position or a beach, but the old town is just a 10 minutes drive away. 7eleven within 5 minutes walking distance.

It was perfect! From the room, to the hotel, to the people inside it. I cannot recommend it enough. I've been in Phuket in many hotels, and this is by far the best one. The host is amazing, a great friend, that takes care of everything. Always there for you. The place is quiet, with a beautiful view to nature, but you're still close to everything. So it's really good if you want to rest properly. I had a problem with sleeping, couldn't sleep for nothing, every hotel I was in was too loud for me. But then I came here and I started sleeping normally again. I am so happy that I found this place. Highly recommend! I will recommend it to my friends, and I recommend it to you! Also great if you are a remote worker. Good wifi, peaceful, you'll be able to get work done, no problem!

Idyllic Island of International Fame

Thailand’s largest island, Phuket has a mountainous landscape leading down to lush, green palms, warm, turquoise seas and soft, golden sands. Patong is its most developed resort and is well known for outrageous nightlife. There are lots of clubs, bars and restaurants in the main town and it also has a fantastic beach lined with hotels and resorts.

To the south is Karon, home to the 2nd largest beach and offshore coral reefs that are good for snorkelling. Quieter Kamala also has coral reefs and good surfing conditions, as do the curved beaches at Kata.

The island’s airport is in the north and there are lots of Phuket hotels near the airport in Mai Khao and Nai Yang, where sea turtles come ashore to lay their eggs. In Bangtao to the south there is a great range of Phuket hotels with private pools on Booking.com, while around the corner in exclusive Surin there are often typical Thai long boats bobbing up and down in the rolling waves.

On the other side of the island Chalong has an impressive Buddhist temple and is a popular spot for kitesurfing. Neighbouring Panwa has shallow water coral and the Phuket Aquarium to explore. The Phi Phi islands are off Phuket’s eastern shores and their idyllic scenery makes wonderful day trips.

Amazing hotel, hard to pick what we loved the most: 1. Service - not a surprise to have a great service in Thailand, however here we genuinely enjoyed smoothness. Staff seemed genuinely pleased to help us out. Our kid was sick and they were very helpful in arranging clinic appointment. We once got a wrong meal and the lady at the restaurant didn't charge us for next meal as a form of apology, which was very nice as a gesture. 2. Amenities - pools are fantastic. So large and with kids pools and fountains. I don't know any other place where it would be equally pleasant for young kids and honeymooners at the same time. This place is just amazing for everyone to take a good rest. My daughter loved the pool so much. Sunbeds are so comfortable and view is just stunning. 3. They have a little organic farm with goats, ducks, geese and chickens. My toddler still talks about baby goat Olivia. Staff at the farm were such friendly young women. Also I just loved to have fresh eggs from the farm on breakfast. 4. Rooms - very specious and beautiful. Very tranquil too (we were in a room not a villa). I loved that bathroom was on a balcony so the bedroom was dry and fresh. 5. Mosquitoes - saw some comments about mosquitoes. Yes this area of the island gets quite a bit of them but hotel does a great job to manage them. I appreciated that they used natural repellents as some chemical ones are too harsh for humans too. We kept doors closed and mosquitoes were perfectly manageable. Ceiling fans keep them away too. So this was no problem for us. 6. Value for money - we got fantastic experience that was worth every penny we paid. I would happily come back to Sala, thank you for your hospitality 🤍

What a great holiday! The resort is spectacular! A great value for money, definitely. Various activities and chill areas to keep you enjoying the resort. Rooms are big and with outstanding views. We have had an amazing massage at the spa - recommended. The hotel also accommodated our airport shuttle and late checkout request on short notice. The staff was always readily available to support and give us recommendations on food and places to go. The Japanese restaurant is just to die for - best Japanese food we've had in our lives.

Long beach, but not the best on the island.

Long beach, but not the best on the island. Clean sand and a good entrance into the sea. There are many different activities. It’s very crowded and noisy. Nearby beaches, such as Karon, are much nicer

Phuket is an international destination and a definite bucket...

Phuket is an international destination and a definite bucket list. It has everything to offer - from nightlife to island hopping. Just know what kind of travelers you are. If you are young, hip and want crazy party and nightlife then stay in the Patong area. If you are family and enjoy quiet, culture and beaches - then stay in the Mai Khao area. There are wide ranges of activities to do for everyone.

Beach was awesome.

Beach was awesome. Cafes/bars along beach were great value and provided fantastic views. Would love for the council to perhaps have people scan the beach each morning for various plastic items that washed up.

It's a lovely beach to swim and to watch the sunset.

It's a lovely beach to swim and to watch the sunset. We ate at some seafood cafes and the Coffee Club also had a good menu, but the Glow Mira Hotel had Chen's restaurant where you could eat at different places from the pool, the restaurant or up at Halos rooftop bar. The menu with cocktails was very extensive. Cars and Taxis are everywhere and of course Tuk Tuks and the 100 Baht bus which you can catch to most of the towns in Phuket. Parasailing, swimming and snorkeling is all over and go-kart tracks are a fun holiday pastime

Very nice beach.

Very nice beach. Have sunbeds options and towel area; good vibes, good restaurant and smoothies options; the water is good for children. Some entertaining on the beach options. Fantasea and Carnival - 1 km walk. Good nightmarket in the area.

Choice of pools great for families, couples and swimmers!

Choice of pools great for families, couples and swimmers! Plenty of shade above shallow areas. Apartment spotless and well-equipped. Nearby supermarket & pharmacy and a short walk to beautiful beach (8 mins) & plenty of nice restaurants (2 - 10 mins). Young children need supervision (apartment windows open fully). Can’t think of anything else to fault!

Plenty of cafes, massage places, boat hire at the southern...

Plenty of cafes, massage places, boat hire at the southern end of the beach. The water was murky at times ( southern end) possibly from waterways that empty to the ocean. Hired a long tail boat that took us to rock island for snorkelling, then banana beach for sunbathing and snorkelling . 3.5 hours for 3200 bhat

Rawai is busy and fun but the real reason we go to this area...

Rawai is busy and fun but the real reason we go to this area is Nai Harn beach and Kata Noi beach which are both very close. Please have a drink or two at the yellow container bar run by a Thai rasta man on Sui Yuan road. And the restaurant across the street has wonderful food.

A gorgeous beach..very shallow and quite rocky at times but...

A gorgeous beach..very shallow and quite rocky at times but lovely to dip in to cool off whilst lounging under the beautiful shade of one of the hotel trees nearby. You can walk the beach to the nearest 711 for supplies, maybe a lovely 10 minute walk.

Recommendation for restaurants = "My Front Yard" is a new...

Recommendation for restaurants = "My Front Yard" is a new location with several different types of restaurants. Ate at three of them and the food and service was excellent. Recommend "Home Sweet Home" as the close by go to coffee shop.
