The photos do not do justice to this place!! It is an incredibly beautiful place and I will stay there again!! The room was exceptional. The service, the quality, there is just that extra "that!" which makes it absolutely classy and superb! I loved where it is situated - by the ocean front. I loved the view, even from my room which was at the back. The pools were exceptionally clean! Breakfast had loads of selections from continental, to Asian. No other place has outdone this one yet.

Idyllic Island of International Fame

Thailand’s largest island, Phuket has a mountainous landscape leading down to lush, green palms, warm, turquoise seas and soft, golden sands. Patong is its most developed resort and is well known for outrageous nightlife. There are lots of clubs, bars and restaurants in the main town and it also has a fantastic beach lined with hotels and resorts.

To the south is Karon, home to the 2nd largest beach and offshore coral reefs that are good for snorkelling. Quieter Kamala also has coral reefs and good surfing conditions, as do the curved beaches at Kata.

The island’s airport is in the north and there are lots of Phuket hotels near the airport in Mai Khao and Nai Yang, where sea turtles come ashore to lay their eggs. In Bangtao to the south there is a great range of Phuket hotels with private pools on Booking.com, while around the corner in exclusive Surin there are often typical Thai long boats bobbing up and down in the rolling waves.

On the other side of the island Chalong has an impressive Buddhist temple and is a popular spot for kitesurfing. Neighbouring Panwa has shallow water coral and the Phuket Aquarium to explore. The Phi Phi islands are off Phuket’s eastern shores and their idyllic scenery makes wonderful day trips.

The service from end-to-end was lovely, warm, and professional. The hotel premises in themselves are beautiful, well maintained, perfect to find serenity and get in the mood for your holidays. We have been upgraded to a villa with a pool upon arrival, which was wonderful in itself but also to experience - the room was spacious, wonderful views over the pool, an outdoor bathroom with a shower and a tub, nice decoration... I took great advantage of the spa - highly professional therapists, and a beautiful setting to relax also. The lunch menu is really good (special mention to the BBQ ribs). I did a Muay Thai and yoga class, which were great as well - finally, we did the James Bond Island tour as well, which was a great experience. They have a farm onsite as well which I didn't have the chance to visit.

The rooms are exceptionally clean! Comfortable and the view is superb. You get the sea view from the Cottage rooms that we stayed in. The room came with a private pool and we had an excellent time. Our room was up the hill and the shutter service was good, they will pick you up within 5-10 minutes upon calling them. The room has all the utensils to be used, coffee machine, fridge, microwave oven and we enjoyed our stay here! 💯 The food is tasty, the pool has a by the pool bar. Overall it was a magical experience. ⭐ we were hesitant upon reading some bad reviews but glad we gave this hotel a shot as it was nothing close to the bad reviews. please don’t trust all the bad reviews given. This resort has improved over time and we will definitely come here again!

The room with the private jacuzzi was very good. The water felt pleasantly cool in the evenings and it was good to cool off there. The hotel has a very good location. We walked to both the beach and shopping. There is a laundry nearby. For breakfast, there were dumplings and dim sum. We ate them every morning while we were at the hotel. They were delicious. And of course - fresh fruit and very good coffee. Super friendly staff. We were able to check in early and they also ordered a taxi to take us to the airport without any problems. It was a shame to leave the hotel.

I loved how even though the property is large it never felt that way. The landscape, the design, everything was laid out to feel tranquil and calm.
