This is i think one of the best hotels in Phuket. It is new, not old style, with a contemporary design and facilities. From the reception area, the employees, the service, the facilities, the design, the room itself, the cleanliness, the comfort, staff assistance, communication, the food, the laundry, the restaurant and most amazingly the swimming pool right on top for children and adult and also supported by it own bar. The restaurant is just amazing with nice food, environment and service and PRICE!!! We just had an amazing stay at HOMA, we just loved our stay with the family.

Beautiful, clean, and well-maintained hotel. I had a wonderful stay and felt relaxed throughout my visit. The food was excellent, and there were many activities available to keep guests entertained. Wow! We stayed in the Spring unit and it was a truly amazing stay. We missed the last ferry to Phi Phi and had to make a last minute booking for one night in Phuket Town from the taxi - the staff accommodated our sudden arrival. The unit (it’s more like an apartment than a hotel room) is exactly as pictured (the decor is amazing) and is really great value for money as it so much cheaper than a hotel in Patong. The unit has a small equipped kitchenette which makes it stand out if you’re staying for a few days. Great location in the middle of a great neighbourhood in Phuket Town. Would highly recommend a stay at 125 Baan.

Phuket is an international destination and a definite bucket list. It has everything to offer - from nightlife to island hopping. Just know what kind of travelers you are. If you are young, hip and want crazy party and nightlife then stay in the Patong area. If you are family and enjoy quiet, culture and beaches - then stay in the Mai Khao area. There are wide ranges of activities to do for everyone.

I loved exploring the Old town on

I loved exploring the Old town on My own and discovering museums I never knew existed. Local people were so very friendly and helpful. It was a delight to interact with everyone. I felt privileged to Arrive to photograph the Dragon Monument and find a celebration of Thailand’s Biennial taking place on site with a wonderful singer, violinist etc and Thai citizens dressed in traditional costumes! They requested photos with me so I was thrilled to also request photos with them on my camera too. I was even given a omplimentry bottle of water and seated in the reserved section to optimize my view! Later I was moved as that section was strictly reserved for participants, but it was very kind of an MC to offer me such a privilege.💕

It has a good variety of shops and services.

It has a good variety of shops and services. It is pretty central in the south and close to a port to Phi Phi islands. However, when we booked tours, ewe were the first in the Van and on average it took 2 hours from when we we picked up, to when the tour started. It makes for VERY long days. It was HOT with very little breeze. Some of the shops had a complete black out for the day, not sure how regular this is. We were there for the festival of lanterns, so the main street had 2 dragons lining the whole street, lit up at night. The recommended markets were Chillva Night markets, which were excellent, plenty of amazing food choices and things to buy, but a 30 minute drive from the hotel. Taxi/Grab prices are the killer in Thailand right now. We spent more on Taxi/Grab/transport than on food, tours and shopping.

The strip was everything you’d expect, just crazy but in a fun way. The beach front has got some lovely eateries. There’s a market street to the north of the strip if you need souvenirs at good prices.

Love the food and people. However, the traffic is nuts.

Love the food and people. However, the traffic is nuts. No planning went into the infrastructure which results in absolute gridlock 24/7. And even though this is a tropical island, the roadways and towns, are not very green with gardens and trees.

Absolutely everything. The VerdiGris is classy, well decorated, comfortable and extra clean hotel. The staff is super helpful and they care great care of their guests tendering at every detail. Tong, hour night careperson was simply great providing tea and biscuits and being absolutely attentive to every need. Another absolutely great feature of the hotel is their choice of local breakfast- real local and very tasty thai food which has been one of the best we tried during our stay in Thailand.

Thailand is beautiful and powerful place. Exceptional place is Phuket island. This property Is comfortable and there is all the necessary. Infrastructure is close in walking distance, same with the beach. Surin beach is one of our choices in Thailand. I like and looking forward to the next time. The housekeepers are nice guys and really kind.
