The hotel seemed newly built. It even has an app to manage all the room service requests, like in-room food ordering, additional toiletries you need, you can schedule the time when you want your room to be cleaned, etc. Swimming pool is very nice, clean, easily accessible. Same with fitness rooms, although small, but they fulfill the purpose one needs for holiday. Staff was very polite and kindly upgraded us to another room, when, due to heavy rain, our room was impacted by water leakage from the ceiling. Every room has air conditioning available.

Oh my word …. So amazing!!!! It’s truly a lifestyle resort with lush greenery , different facilities on site. Very tech savvy as well with communication via an app that’s linked to your room once checked in. What an amazing stay this was, definitely needs a repeat

The breakfast was very convenient and included in the price. Self serve buffet was perfect for traveling when you want to control the amount and type of food you are eating. Eggs, coffee, yogurt, toast, juice...basics to get moving!

An amazing experience! The service were outstanding in every department. Our son was particularly taken care of by the restaurant staff in Cosmos, greeted with affection every time, even receiving a birthday muffin. The view across Nai Harn bay is breathtaking and access to the sea was easy. A dedicated beach team ensure we always had a deck chair only metres away from the seas. The hotel beach is conveniently located next to the Rock Salt restaurant great for lunch or just a beer. Highly recommended .

The pool is really nice. The sunset was incredible. The room was amazing, with comfy beds, an amazing view and was also very spacious. The staff are really nice and will get everything done pretty quickly. The breakfast was really good.
