It was spotless and really comfortable. It’s in a quiet part of the airport, so despite the bustle you can get some sleep. It’s strangely spacious so I didn’t feel at all claustrophobic.

The hotel was super clean, cozy, and made us feel right at home. A 7eleven was near and it s short distance from airport The staff, especially Max, provided amazing service and helped us via WhatsApp before and after checkout providing a great customer experience. Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) Information

Location and Transport

Also known as Bangkok International Airport, Suvarnabhumi is the main airport in Bangkok and one of the largest in Southeast Asia, handling upwards of 50 million passengers every year. To reach the city centre, which is 16 miles (25 kilometres) away, catch the Bangkok Airport Link to Phayathai Station, and take the BTS Skytrain from there. Trains run frequently from 06:00 to 00:00. Alternatively, taking a taxi may be cheaper if you're travelling as a group.

There are plenty of hotels located inside/close to the main terminal, in case you need to stay the night before a connecting flight. There are also various ways to keep yourself occupied before takeoff – from tasty Thai restaurants and duty-free shopping, to VIP lounges with Thai massages on offer.

Terminal Information

Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport has two international terminals, Terminals 1 and 2, and one domestic terminal that is 500 metres from Terminal 2. All are connected by a free shuttle bus service that runs 24 hours a day.

I wrote separately to Booking.com out of genuine concern that others might show up here. It was dreadful! There is no one in attendance overnight. Access to hotel rooms obvious. It was clear that women who dealt with us had been woken and her attitude towards us was clearly, she was annoyed, even though we notify them of our late arrival, and no one answered to phone when we wanted to tell them we were held up by 45 mins. Worst, we could not stay because one of our 3 rooms was occupied, we found out by opening the door. She refused a refund of that room; we either had to pay for all 3 room or cancel all 3 rooms. We slept in the airport lounge, 3 females in our sixties. Booking.com sort yourselves out, how can we trust you if you allow this standard. I see someone experienced similar about 3 weeks, unfortunately I booked this place before this.

I would definitely recommend this area to future travelers.

I would definitely recommend this area to future travelers. Mega Bangna is nearby and easy to reach by Grab, with plenty of shopping, restaurants, movies, and places to pick up souvenirs. Topgolf is also a fun option with a great beer selection, and the area has attractive outdoor spaces with fountains where you can relax.

There are lots of restaurants and local market in the area.

There are lots of restaurants and local market in the area. It's walkable and safe. I just use my Bolts app to get my motorcycle ride or a car to get to the BTS airport link or to the Robinson Lifestyle mall. I walk there sometimes. It's about 30 minutes walk. There is a closer local night market starting at 4pm to get some local street food and veggies or fruit. There Amazon Cafe and 7-eleven across the street. The gas station has other restaurants and pharmacy and massage shop in the same location.

Overall it was a nice place to be the last few days before...

Overall it was a nice place to be the last few days before my flight i was able to relax yet still enjoy some good food and locals. Still plenty of access to everything you need but far from any attractions.

1: missing bed reading lamps

1: missing bed reading lamps to make the light out at night you had to stand up 2: the mirror to use for make up and shaving. was not in the bathroom. (for make up maybe good). so it might be a wrong note 3: when you come from hotel go left to the mairoad mainroad go left and you will find "massage" ca. 800 m mainroad go left at petrol station and a little further there are small restaurant and after KFC

The house was lovely, the breakfast was great (fruit, eggs, meat, toast, coffee). There's not much for restaurants in the immediate area, but proximity to the airport was our main objective. The house was hard to find, and our taxi dropped us off at the beginning of the street, about a kilometer from the house. Knowing where it is now, I would stay there again, because now I know how to find it! Keep going down the street, past a temple, short left and right turn, cross a canal, and THEN follow the sign that tells you to take a right and another right to find the house.

Eand BS Airport Hotel....

Eand BS Airport Hotel....Great location to catch train all over city and back to airport. Free shuttle bus 20 mon walk or 60bart cab ride...we always pay at least 100brt 7/11 on the corner with a vege market on one side and general market on the other.

What i liked most was the wonderful vibe in the area.

What i liked most was the wonderful vibe in the area. Lot of different nationalities. Motorcycle hire very good. Street food second to none. Loads of Entertainment. 24 hrs Tourist Police at hand. All round very nice place.

The location was centralized for the areas I wanted to go and visit. It’s important to keep in mind where you want to eat and where you want to go and see the ancient cities were all around. It was perfect. The location had a beautiful view and the room was excellent.

It is conveniently close to the airport, but not a very touristy area. The hotel is mainly used by people on a short stay. There is enough to entertain you for a day and then move on to your next destination.
