Have stayed here a few times now and it's always pleasant. The location is perfect if you're visiting the area for an event/concert in one of the arenas around, the staff is always very friendly, efficient and helpful, and the rooms are super clean and spacious, equipped with everything you might need for a short stay.

It looked clean, tidy and beautiful. The view was spectacular from my room and staff were so kind. If you want to do stuff with in walking distance, this is a great choice, not far from stores and shopping center.

Amazing place. The gym is included and it's really complete. Swimming pool is huge and clean. Also you can play tennis, you need to pay a 100 bath to book the court and 50 for the rackets. Around 30 min to the city centre in taxi. Breakfast was ok, west and asian food, also you can ask for eggs in different preparation.

All room facilities work well & great value for money.

Everything was very relaxing and calm. Was welcomes with a wet towel, amazing drink and little sweets on a tray for me. All the staff were so welcoming and nice. Everything was incredibly clean, and the bedroom had towels arranged into animals when i first walked in! Also free drinks in the fridge including water, cola or juices, and beer but you had to pay a small fee for the beer.

Nice place to stay in Luang Prabang. A bit far from the center, but the hotel rents bicycles for free.

Good value for money. Room service cleaned my room every day, I got fresh water and toilet paper at my door every day. Reception was really helpful and kind. Would highly recommend V.resotel!

For us was a great location 30 minutes from mothers house..A great resort with a variety of different accommodations. Great selection of items in the room cofffe, soap shampoo shower gel shower cap for the ladies tooth brush and toothpaste cotton buds. Friendly and helpful staff very peacfu3 location. Breakfast was great and varies depending on the amount of guest fresh cooked or buffet both very good standard tea and coffee orange water. A very good resort I will be back to see my fiancé next year ideal location for me

Good Restaurant and good service

What you would expect from a hotel of this quality all good ……amazing breakfast selection that would please everyone. It’s not in a tourist area but I was there for a hospital appointment but very close to ban Krasor MRT and 7/11 big C and street food etc, good gym and the swimming pool looked good.

Very convenient for the MRT. Beds and pillows were comfy. The 2 ladies were really nice. Very convenient for a massage after a long journey. Free water, snacks, instant noodle available in the breakfast room.
