The cabin-style architecture with wood and rattan interior design is beautiful. I especially loved the in-room amenities and the pleasant fragrance upon entering. Although the room uses a traditional key, most switches are modern touch-sensitive ones. Daily supplies are very generous. The courtyard is spacious, and the reception sells various convenience store items (food, daily necessities, power bank rentals). There’s also a nice sofa area to relax. Location-wise, it's about 5-10 mins by car to IMPACT, and the hotel provides an hourly one-way shuttle to nearby points.

This is for budget travelers. Not for stylish people.
This is for budget travelers. Not for stylish people. It had 2 Queen beds. Room is very clean but it is an old condo. Very close to local food stores and outlet shops. I shopped a lot of sports apparel. Ate at Cosmo. Had drinks at Cafe Amazon. Close to Impact Challenger where I attended an event. This is ok for people who enjoy walking. Pharmacies were nice and beauty shops are aplenty.

But it is very near to impact arena where the concert was held which was the reason I come to Thailand .
I would love to explore Cosmo Bazzar though I just didn’t have enough time .
Food are cheap and grab taxi are very affordable.

Being on the outskirts is very peaceful, you have major malls not too far away, Bangkok can be a crazy city and so hectic, having stayed here i would stay here again. As long as you travel outside the major school and peak times it was only 150 baht in taxi, private drivers will charge 500 baht but honestly still cheap to avoid the rush. Later at night its even quicker.

It is an old and run-down building.
It is an old and run-down building. On the walkway to the room, there are several plumbing renovation spots. The door for entering the room is small. The bathroom is old and cramped. Beddings and towels are poor. I think it is overpriced for this standard.

Location to transport and markets and the room facilities in your residence being the deciding factor.
The river ferry goes there if you are near the pier and some areas have trains - buses are plentiful if you know which ones to use.
