We recently returned from a fantastic stay at ”Ramira Beach Hotel” and feel that we must share our experiences. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt a warm atmosphere, and the kindness of the staff was immediately evident. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly helpful and willing to make our visit as enjoyable as possible. In particular, the hotel manager made a great impression on us. Their commitment to our needs and well-being was truly admirable. They took the time to talk to us, provide recommendations for activities in the area, and even followed up to ensure that we had everything we needed. It felt like we were not just guests but part of a larger family. Of course, there were a few minor issues here and there, but these small obstacles had almost no impact on our overall experience. The friendly staff and amazing atmosphere made us quickly forget the little problems. We highly recommend ”Ramira Beach Hotel” to anyone looking for a family vacation, especially if you want to visit loved ones. The hotel is a perfect base for exploring the area and creating memories with those closest to you. Thank you to all the staff, especially Rezan, who helped us with room makeovers most days, as well as the manager for an unforgettable stay – we look forward to returning!

Beautiful, by the beach, huge pools, lot of slides for the kids, rooms cleaned very well, the food was delicious, fresh, tasty. Really friendly atmosphere and staff. Also lots of different exercises to choose from, gym etc

Location perfect (first line and near bus station) - the hotel is clean and renewed well - the territory is big so we did not feel its crowded- sun beds always available - in bed so comfortable and rooms are spacious - Air conditioning working well - staff so helpful and polite and speak many languages ( Thanks for ALI - NUR - MAZLOM and all others ) Food is good clean and big variety available all the day and fresh fruits served daily Restaurants very big - terras is huge Many swimming pools Kids club and animation team Timings of water games and slides is perfect Value of money very good and so reasonable

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel area and pools are beautiful and clean, rooms are also clean. The food was delicious and varied. The beach is very close to the hotel. The Internet worked well. There are plenty of activities on the hotel area: hammam, water slides, evening shows, gym, swimming pools, etc.

Excellent Service!! The food yummy nd clean,staffs are superb at hospitality!! Very friendly nd considerate.I had my birthday in the evening and I loved the special 3 course meal!!! Will use Alaye again with family and friends.

We had family 10, including kids(2). Exceptional good service, friendly stuff! Great food (icecream, wafels…😋)and some import alcohol (not wine). Nice clean rooms and we liked that beach and pool area were nearby. Really good entertainment team and evening shows. Norm gym.

The design of the hotel is beautiful. Most of the staff were friendly. The reception staff were wonderful and helped in everything to satisfy you. I was in room number 3501 and it was very wonderful with a very beautiful view.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and quick to assist with any request. The resort's location in the heart of the bustling bazaar made it convenient for shopping, and having a doctor and pharmacy just two minutes away added an extra layer of convenience and peace of mind. The beauty of the place is simply breathtaking, with numerous spots for relaxation and enjoyment. The nightlife was vibrant, offering everything one could desire, and access to the resort from anywhere was remarkably easy. For families, the resort offered a plethora of activities for children, along with special kid-friendly meals at the restaurant. Every day brought new and exciting activities to participate in, ensuring there was never a dull moment. I particularly appreciated the 24/7 availability of food and services, which meant that even late at night, any request was met promptly and with enthusiasm from the attentive service team. Special mentions go to Lale Patisseries and Panorama Restaurant staff and chef for their exceptional offerings. Last think a big kudos to the best activities team starting with Umut, Esra,Icelal, and Petek And last thing the 6G Internet that I never had in any resort except Lonicera To top it all off, the provision of complimentary mineral water, juice, and yogurt was a thoughtful touch that truly enhanced my stay. I can confidently say that this resort goes above and beyond to create a memorable and enjoyable experience for its guests.
