Free shuttle service to beach several times daily and taxi ( 5 - 9 Euro ) in front of Hotel to visit interesting Castle and lovely Harbor .

Aqua park offers a complimentary access to adrenaline-pumping rides and relaxed explorations including 55 water slides. Hazal was very nice and gelp us a lot with everything. Everything was perfect. Good was delicious and room was very clean.

It is for sure the best AI-hotel I've ever seen! Where to start... I got an upgraded room immediately without even asking! First of all - you constantly feel that you are a very special and dear guest. Guys from reception know your name and in which room you live, waiters remember in a couple of days what you like, animation team celebrates with you all your victories and chit-chats each time you see each other... We've spent 7 nights and there was no single time when I put aside a dish cause it wasn't good enough - everything we've tried was between "tasty" and "wow delicious!". Akdeniz serves more restaurant-style (steaks, shrimps, sashimi and so on) dishes and the vibe is really great. Don't expect Micheline stars and lobsters but all in all - really good. The same goes for cocktails. The variety and quality of included drinks are mind-blowing (Hennesy, Olmeca etc.) House-keeping ladies are doing an amazing job, all the necessities are replenished, mini-bar is regularly re-stocked, and clothes are nicely folded... We had a very pleasant touch on the last day - a bottle of good Italian Prosecco and sweets. That was absolutely unexpected and so sweet! Great evening entertainment (just the right amount and quality of the performances)! Nice SPA-facilities, if you don't like the prices in SPA - wait a bit, they have amazing Sales-managers and you could get a great discount (around 30%) if you negotiate a bit :) Massage quality is higher than usually in the resorts but not top-notch. You can order pillows and yoga equipment in the room! Basically everything was so amazing that I have booked vacations in a year somewhere in the mid of my stay and now considering a shorter visit in a couple of months. If you are concerned about the weather: at the beginning of December there were 3 days when I could swim in the sea and outdoor pool and 4 days when the indoor pool did the job.

It offers air-conditioned guestrooms with balconies and panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. Awesome hotel, great amenities and activities. Superb service and staff. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bar and dining options were wide and top quality. Concierge helped us organize some golf and a day out for great prices. Staff were great including Mehmet: Fun Maker, Elmira: Guest Relations and Fidan: Restaurant. Highly recommended

Rooma with sea views also has the sunset view, rooms are well designed and even hairdryers are the ones you’d use at home. We’ve spent 6 nights and would love to come back again!

Everything was perfect.. staff very cooperative, location is perfect we didnt need to get out of the resort , super clean and cute design for kids, the food at the resturent was delicious and various every day there were different food at the buffet.. drinks at all cafes at the hotel were free, including the mini bar in the room. The theme park was amazing.. too many perfect issues comparing to the cost

This is probably the best apart hotel in Side area. It's located just 2 minutes from some of the best beaches in the area. Our apartment was on the 1st floor (one above ground) and it had a fab view of the trees around and felt very private despite being fairly close to a few restraurants. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean, it was bright and well-equipped for a family, and all the beds were excellent. It also felt very safe for a baby (we have a 1 year old). The management of the place is handled by wonderful Surkriye who was very helpful throughout our stay. The swimming pools for both adults and babies were also excellent for chilling on a hot afternoon.

Starting from the facilities finishing with the service and staff was on the top level. I work at a luxury hotel brand and can say it for sure that this hotel is almost on the Luxury segment level. The best view in the city, the best swimming pool and important of all - Adults only. I would especially like to highlight the receptionist - Ilay. She did her best to accommodate all our wishes and needs! We will definitely come back here!

The internet is patchy, like everywhere in Turkey. All equipment and amenities are provided. The location is quiet, about 1 km from the sea. Be careful at the parking lot – it’s quite narrow and someone hit our back. There are lots of cats around. Overall, we were satisfied.

The staff are the best I’ve ever met — friendly, caring, and always ready to help. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the sea. Everything was clean, cozy, and welcoming. I’ll definitely come back again — it already feels like my second home!
