We didnt use the balcony due to the road works outside but it had table and chairs as well as a 2nd clothes dryer (there is a washing machine which is always appreciated for longer trips). Easy walk to St Nicholas Church and town. Plenty of supermarkets nearby. Short drive (or 2kms walk) to Myra ruins. Easy and beautiful scenic drive to Kekova and Simena Castle. Parking in laneway behind (or on street when roadworks are finished). Easy checkin and great communication. Wonderful staff, thank you to brothers Ahmet & Cihan and your father (sorry didnt catch his name). Totally recommend!

United KingdomSpacious, super-clean, tastefully decorated and well-managed apartment in a local neighbourhood of Demre. The host is highly professional, business-friendly and respectful. The price to quality ratio is good. We, a family of 4, enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay. Own transportation is required to enjoy nearby tourist attractions. As this is Turkey and semi-rural area, you will hear prayer calls and some animal sounds, which were a plus for us.
Nowadays inflation and greed in Turkey are as high as mountain, so it will be economical to buy fresh vegetables, meat etc from local market and cook food in the apartment.

We stayed in a basic but very cozy wooden bungalow at the seaside for one week. The house is spacious (two bedrooms) and has everything you need for a relaxed holiday, including AC in the bedrooms, washing machine and dishwasher. Nearest beach is just across the road from the house. It is possible to buy all the groceries in the city center, but one needs a car or taxi to get there.
We visited historic sites in Demre and also took a very enjoyable half-day boat trip from Andriake. There are many nice beaches around.

Great location in centre of town. 25 min walk to Myra and 5 min walk to St Nicholas.
Plenty of Supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
20 -- 25 min walk to beach.
We stayed 2 night before our cruise and it was just what we needed.
Didn't worry we were a bit further from the beach as we will see plenty on our cruise.
Had 2 comfortable chairs to sit in.
Although in middle of town it was quiet at night
Barish the manager was very helpful during our stay.

The best thing about this hotel is the spaciousness of the rooms and it's great location. It is right on a sand beach with no hotels around. The rooms are the biggest i have stayed in so far i think. I also liked the design, a bit outfashioned but clean and white. I needed to work 2 days out of 4, and had a nice time with a fast wifi in the room, sometimes stepping to the balcony to enjoy the view. The water slides are really good too, the kids enjoyed them a lot. And the swimming pool is really spacious.

Very New flat, everything was super, nice panoramic view. Good kitchen equipment. Very kindly staff and owner. Qick Wi-Fi. I reccomend to stay here if you go to Beymelek.

We booked loft for family 2 adults and 2 kids. It was really nice place to stay. Spacious, clean place. We had all described facilities. Check-in is very comfortable and easy. The host was very friendly and supportive. We traveled by car to beautiful places around Demre (Kas, Patara).
