Accommodation in Eagan

Amazing stay where the personnel instantly made us feel at home. Great rooms with large windows and a good view and great quality food at the restaurants.

We do not drive so it was great that the hotel has a regular airport shuttle service. We also loved the location for restaurants, coffee places and supermarkets: Dolittle's, Southern Social easy to get to. Target, Starbucks, Trader Joe, Burger King are all nearby. We had the breakfast included and although the GF options are challenging, (i.e. no GF options for breads, pastries, or cereals), it was possible to enjoy the other options and work around the buffet. Some have commented the limited choice, but we didn't mind as you could order your eggs, and switch out some items for something else. All the staff: housekeeping, reception, shuttle drivers, restaurant and cook were very, very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the nice cosy lounge area with the open fire to chill out and relax, but a coffee and tea machine would have been nice so that we could have enjoyed a cuppa whilst relaxing.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The lobby and restaurant area/coffee bar served good and reasonably-priced food and drink. The room was compact but had great furnishings.

Very friendly staff always ready to help when needed. Comfortable rooms with plenty of room and all the basics working. Great aviation museum and free shuttle. Easy access to the city and

Excellent location. Shuttle to the airport worked well. Staff were very, very helpful!

Location was close to the Mall of America. Breakfast was a good variety of things to eat.

Spacious. Modern. Comfortable.

Good location. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Close to the city and other store.

The reception received on initial arrival, morning arrival at breakfast, departure on days travel, arrival back in the evening was exceptional. They showed great interest in our travels / daily trips. All customer areas and bedroom / bathroom were very clean and tidy. Towels changed daily which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was ample with coffee (inc decaf), fruit juice, cereals, toast, cold eggs, muffins, porridge - I have probably missed some items but in my weeks stay I tasted these and was not disappointed.

The house keeping staff was nice.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Nice breakfast.

You will not find better managers anywhere. Ryan and Tara, it was a pleasure to meet both of you. Thank you for your good-hearted help. Stay awesome!

They granted my request to put us on the first floor.

Bed was comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Lots of variety including fruit

My first stay there. Very clean, good amenities. I thought it was a brand-new hotel for how kept up and clean it was.

We really loved the whole experience. Orlando, the gentleman who helped me set up another night was very gracious and helpful. The breakfast was great. The two mornings we were very impressed with the staff who monitored the room. It was stocked well and very clean!!

The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful.
