The breakfast was fantastic thank you, and we really appreciated the transport back to the airport to collect our hire car. We were dropped off right at the company where we were picking the vehicle up from, thanks heaps.

All the staff was established helpful and nice, but a special mention to the lady in the shift on Monday late at night that prepared me a delicious dish of chicken wings late in the night.

Staff were excellent. Very good to have a bar serving food which we found was very good and excellent value.

Breakfast was not included. The restaurant was available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the coffee shop or diner.. Rooms were clean, beds were great. Pool was fun. Staff was very accommodating. We actually stayed our first and last night of our trip. and were quite content.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The lobby and restaurant area/coffee bar served good and reasonably-priced food and drink. The room was compact but had great furnishings.

Cannot fault this hotel. We were greeted by the kindest staff member who allowed us to check-in early and arranged a late check-out. Our room was cosy with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was the best - cook your own waffles, delicious bacon and the staff, especially Martha H, was so kind, funny and an absolute asset to the company. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and will recommend to all friends and family travelling to the area. Also, just across the road from the Mall of America. Very convenient location.

It's the kind of a place, that you want to spend more time in rather than just spending a night. Everything is well equipped, new and clean. Even though there were a lot of families with kids staying, when in the room, you don't hear any of that. The room was spacious with a modern kitchen (all that you might need for preparing simple meals in the room, no stove, but had a microwave and a huge fridge with freezer). Even though it is one big space, it feels cozy. There's a sofa with a table to chill in front of a TV. Or you can turn the TV to face the bed and just chill there. A big plus is all the many lights in the room, not only on the bedside tables, but on the desks too and the floor lamps. A lot of options to find the best light options for everyone. Breakfast was very good, there's the pancakes and waffles as well as eggs and omelettes, bagels, cereal, yoghurts. Tea and coffee is available 24/7. Even when you are checked out, they still treat you like a guest and let you stay in the common area, have some coffee and just chill until you have to go to the airport. Has their own shuttle bus that takes guests to Mall of America and back for free. It feels very safe to be there and overall it feels more like an apartment than just a hotel room. The best bonus for plane lovers will be the close proximity to the plane landing route, they literally fly right behind your window and you can plane-watch from your bed. I loved that. (the sound is not crazy, so those who don't love this, will not be bothered).

Nice and uncomplicated welcome. Cheerfully decorated, modern lobby. Simple, well kept room offered all we needed for our short stay. Location was ideal for us.

super staff on reception very helpful and informative. room was excellent loved the kitchen and sitting area separate from the bedroom. situated perfectly for the visit to the mall of America and the airport. shuttle booked easily enough.

I needed a hotel close to the airport, and the hotel is just a few minutes away. There was someone at the reception when I checked in late, and checked out early. The room had a kitchen, but I didn't use it.
