Bloomington is nice city, accessible and great for families.
Bloomington is nice city, accessible and great for families. Lots of green spaces inside. Metro Blue Line train is a nice experience to see the city and get to downtown Minneapolis. $4 for all day pass, kids under 5 free.

The hotel was peaceful and quiet. A wonderful place to relax with a good book. Close to many good places to eat. With a shuttle running to the Mall of America you have access to great shopping, theme park and theater.

The weather was extremely hot and humid so we only spent time in the hotel and the Mall of America. We enjoyed shopping and lots of time on the Nickelodeon rides. Younger grandchildren truly enjoyed their time riding - especially the log ride.

The room was cozy and had plenty of power outlets, which I really appreciated. The only issue I had was with my rewards. On my first day, I asked the front desk to verify my membership, and they assured me that the corresponding rewards would be credited. Unfortunately, no rewards were added to my account.
I also noticed that I was charged for an additional day, even though I checked out early. I informed the front desk on my first day that I would be leaving one day before the end of my five-day reservation because of the Fourth of July holiday. Despite notifying them in advance, I was still charged for the additional night that I did not stay.

We didn't spend a lot of time but this hotel was situated...
We didn't spend a lot of time but this hotel was situated near the Mall of America and Ikea stores in Bloomington. We were also pleased to find it within a block or so from the light rail station. From that station you can go all over Minneapolis and St. Paul and for seniors, the cost of an all day ticket was only $2. That is on and off all day long. We will come back and spend more time at a later date.

Very nice location if you want to do some shopping as you have everything in short distance such as the mall, Target and other nice stores in the area. A lot of fun things to do in Mall of America if you are travelling with kids. Very short distance from the airport which is nice if you are travelling from abroad.

The bed was perfect, pillows were amazing, room was cleaned every day and the front desk staff was phenomenal. I’ve stayed at other hotels in the area but my expectations were pretty average as I just wanted a place to rest and sleep but this hotel exceeded my expectations. Will definitely return the next time I go back to Bloomington.
