The thing that hit me most was the friendliness and kindness and willing support of all the staff. The guy on the front desk / reception was Sam. It turned out that he is in fact the General Manager - I guess he wears many different hats! He was so helpful with advice and guidance so much so, that I extended my stay there by a number of days. The kitchen staff who prepare the breakfasts were great too. There is an overwhelming i attitude by all to make guests feel welcome.

All the staff was established helpful and nice, but a special mention to the lady in the shift on Monday late at night that prepared me a delicious dish of chicken wings late in the night.

I appreciated the deal I got through Booking.com on the room. The room looked up to date, was comfortable, mostly quiet, and clean.

everything is excellent in these Hotel. I recommend to keep small Microwave in each Room. and also water filtration system is required. I would like to express my thanks to Receiption day and night shifts for their's kind words and relations with hotel guests and also extend thanks to Room services.

Great Staff - the Barman was amazing. The Front Desk was very helpful. The rooms exceeded my expectations. I would recommend the hotel for a stay of any purpose. The Meal at the pub was incredible. Well done!

Property smelled great in lobby- coffee-bright open space for check in on second floor. Check in desk clerk had a genuine smile and checked me in early and quickly.

Breakfast was great. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

We had a king room which was very spacious. The white bedding was very bright and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Bed was awesome loved the extra pillows. Enjoyed the complimentary dove products.
