Accommodation in Plainfield

The wonderful, helpful staff, esp Gabby,- if she isn't a manager then she should be!

The hotel is very nice and clean but the best are the staff, they were great! We were assigned to a bedroom and our next-door neighbors were super loud (TV + Snoring) so we call the reception and we were movr to a very quiet and comfortable room. They were really nice and solved our problem in a minute!

location convenient food horrible. wifi was horrible tv service was horrible staff was not friendly at all.

All staff members that I interact with from the check - in, to the bar, at the restaurant, acted very friendly and helpful.

Staff were friendly, understanding and helpful. The bus driver is very helpful. Location is perfect, very close the airport.

The room was clean and staff was courteous. Nice well lit parking lot.

(1) Perfect location for overnighting near Airport -- shuttle runs every 30-minutes and connects this cluster of 3 hotels. (2) The Check-in and Checkout (at 4am!) people made you feel happy. (3) The restaurant-bar fellow was wonderful with a great knowledge of Indiana sports. The restaurant "Cobb salad" was gigantic, and he nicely gave a box to take the unfinished half onto the flight.

Very clean and affordable, friendly staff, and nice kitchen amenities. No smoke smell at all.

Great location. Great facilities Breakfast hit the spot and it's included in rate. Plenty of parking (free) right out front. Day shift staff and breakfast staff really polite and helpful.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Often hotels near an airport can be very noisy, but this was not my experience here. Check-in was simple.

The location in regards to the event I'm attending. The room amenities sink stove top full refrigerator.
