(1) Perfect location for overnighting near Airport -- shuttle runs every 30-minutes and connects this cluster of 3 hotels. (2) The Check-in and Checkout (at 4am!) people made you feel happy. (3) The restaurant-bar fellow was wonderful with a great knowledge of Indiana sports. The restaurant "Cobb salad" was gigantic, and he nicely gave a box to take the unfinished half onto the flight.

Location and Transport

Indianapolis International Airport is set 7 miles (11 kilometres) from downtown Indianapolis. The daily Go Green airport shuttle service runs between 05:00 and 23:00 every half hour, and it’s best to book this in advance as cash isn’t accepted. A taxi will cost about USD 40 and take around 25 minutes to get into town.

The shuttle wasn't available, and low unprofessional...

The shuttle wasn't available, and low unprofessional staffing was very dissapointing. Also, the Cafe was closed due to low staff. The hotel is clean, comfortable, which is a plus, but I won't be staying there again, because of the hassle without a shuttle, and no food.

Avon is convenient for staying outside the city, which we wanted to do, as the medical facility we were visiting was on the west side of the city (and we were coming from the west). There are many restaurants very near the hotel, and also opportunities for shopping, if desired. The airport is just a short drive away.

Good restaurants were close to Inn. and close to the wedding venue. so all was good for us We went to Blueberry Inn restaurant. We went to a very nice children;s park with lots of equipment to play on. Very easy to get around to places. Some of us went shopping.

Beautiful city! Lots to see within walking distance.

Beautiful city! Lots to see within walking distance. Loved the veterans memorial statue, highly recommend the Fountain Room for steaks. Had a blast on the scooters. This unit was directly on the Indy 500 Parade route which was lots of fun!

The breakfast was great.

The breakfast was great. The breakfast staff were very helpful and made sure food was kept in the containers to be served. The front desk staff were on point. My only grip is the room is too small for the amount of money paid to stay the night, but don’t let that take away from perfection of everything else

My children live in Brownsburg and I enjoy visiting there several times a month. I just wanted to stay at a hotel with my 3 young grandchildren so they could swim. We got pizza at Rockstar, they had a golf lesson at Eagle Creek, we went to the movies at the theater on Green Street.

It was an awful experience.

It was an awful experience. Cleanliness was attempted, but it needed an overall scrub and carpets cleaned. It still smelled like smoke. But the worst part was the adult baseball makes that took over the entrance/eating lounge until after 11 pm. They were drinking, laughing, yelling and etc LOUDLY. The receptionist said they’d quiet down by 10 pm, but that didn’t happen. Why they were allowed to party at an AIRPORT hotel is beyond me. Travelers have to get get up early - us by 3 am. It was such a redneck experience.

I enjoy indianapolis on my yearly visit, I attend the indy 500 every year I can. the road construction through I70 is rediculous causing major back up of traffic the state and city really need to step up their game on road contruction terrible that the main throughfare that goes most of US is always under construction. downtown is a beautiful area many interesting shops and plenty of restuarants to chose from

Good location but didn’t know pet cost was $75 until check-in. Too late to find another hotel. Disappointing! Would have been better off staying at a different hotel with higher rate and FREE pet cost.

Very bad experience with the management of that hotel, with the gym being closed for the 4 months as it was used for storage although I’ve been lied to and been told by front desk that it was under Reno. Toilet sink was clogging. Internet was slow. I had to prove to the front desk employee that she can print an invoice at check out as she was trying to convince me she couldn’t do so cuz I made my booking through booking.com, at the end she was convinced and did print my invoice. I was charged $25 for a 1 hour late check out although I am a Hilton Honors member. I had use the gym if a nearby hotel and I was told to leave when one of their guests needed to use the gym as they had the priority over me, and yes that gym was good for 1 person at a time (that gym had stinky carpet and a SINK inside!!!!!)
