We were greeted by a lovely lady (maybe Cathy ??) We were early and asked if we could park up, Cathy gave us coffee and freshly baked cookies and we sat for a few minutes after a long drive to the B & B. The downstairs room was lovely cool and spacious and our room Tiffany was excellent. The wine at 5pm was lovely and we sat outside in the gardens, Cathy chatted to us for a while answering questions but was polite and not obtrusive.

Beautiful room. Very clean and spacious. Great location. Walking distance to everything. The front desk was amazingly helpful. Check-in is 4 o'clock, but we arrived at 12:30 and the room was ready. The free parking was plentiful as well. Nice welcome snacks as well. We will definitely be back

Nothing. The place is a hellhole! My recent stay at Sunset Motel was an absolute nightmare. I went in expecting a clean and comfortable place to stay, but what I got was a disaster from start to finish. It was painfully obvious that the people running this motel couldn't care less about basic standards. Anyone even considering a stay at this establishment should run and seek accommodations elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to stay. Trust me, even camping in a tent would be a step up from this nightmare.

Very comfortable accommodation. Quiet room and location, and I particularly loved the jacuzzi and heated outdoor pool. These were a real treat in the cooler temperatures of the spring. The staff were mostly very polite and welcoming. I also appreciated the laundry room. Thank you for a great stay in Santa Barbara.
