The location and accommodations were excellent. The house was well stocked and clean, cabinets were marked so finding what you needed was easy. The beds were very comfortable and the fans and a/c made it easy to sleep.

Accommodations were made for a specific room, central location, great meal delivered directly to my door from Hells Kitchen for dinner, quick and absolutely delicious!

Paid for an upgrade with view of the lake on the 18th floor. Took some time to check in as quite busy . Pretty comfortable clean room with all the necessary accommodations. The common area and casino floor is showing its age and not well maintained. The parking garage needs lots of attention and not easy to get to as construction around it.

Our accommodations were wonderful. It felt like we were in an apartment. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with. The unit was immaculately clean. It was a bargain compared to other places we’ve stayed for about the same amount.
