But the best thing I like is that all rooms have lake view. We went there during winter, so watching the snow meets the lake from our room was so nice! I can only imagine how awesome it would be during other seasons, specially spring.

Friendly and helpful lady on reception. Room was nearly new, very clean and really quite luxurious for the low price. It's on the main road, near the supermarkets, but it is quiet at night. I was there for the Armenia water festival, which I only realised when I walked out of the hotel and got a bucket of water in the face from a local child. So there was a cold shower and cultural experience included for nothing.
