"Park Hotel Ela", located in the picturesque resort of Borovets, is 50 metres from the gondola lift and offers luxurious amenities including a sauna, steam bath and massage treatments. Excellent location, 2 mins walking to the Gondola station. Clean and warm room. Spa facilities such as swimming pool sauna and hamam. There was big variety at breakfast and dinner.

The location of the hotel was very good. It was very close to the lifts. Ski equipment was rented from inside. Staff of this part was quite helpful. There was also a casino inside the hotel. It was a surprise for us. There were great cocktails in the bar section.

Everything was perfect as far as facilities, breakfast was yummy and the owners and staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant was pretty full at evening time which speaks highly about the quality of food and customer service skills of servers.

The hosts, Georg, was lovely, caring, informative, and easygoing. The private SPA area was a treat, with hot souna and jacuzzi, prepared with candels and music - just perfect after ski.

The host is very friendly. Has accommodated us early morning, has offered an upgrade free of costs. The room is very well equipped with everything you need. The view towards the Rila mountain great! I loved everything about this hotel - starting from the design, the staff, the restaurant, everything was very nice. It seemed like I am the only guest during the first night (Thursday), so I got all the attention and experienced the best hospitality I had ever experienced. The restaurant was great for both dinner and breakfast, although they could improve their dessert menu.
