Well located (4 minute walk from the bus station) so easy to get to and from the bus station and also very close to the historic downtown (5 minute walk). The workers were very friendly (let me borrow an adapter for charging my phone, always smiling, very pleasant). The highlight was the breakfast which was quite excellent. I did not use the pool. There was a large parking lot which could accomodate at least 10 cars. The rooms are good for 2 people. We squeezed 3 adults which was do-able but probably not for more than 1 or 2 days. 3 or even 4 people would be probably ok with 2 adults.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pousada Aconchego. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of the town, restaurants, and the boat port. The heated swimming pool was a highlight—especially for evening swims—and the hotel also features a lovely, charming garden. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, prepared daily, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed.
