The water safari was an absolute highlight of our trip. Our guide, Kanawe, was an exceptional patient, knowledgeable, and passionate. He explained everything in great detail, which made the experience both relaxing and incredibly informative. The dinner on the river boat was very special, and the sunset is something we will cherish forever, absolutely breathtaking. The staff at the lodge were all amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A special shout-out to IK, Phenyo, and KG for their warmth, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. We cannot recommend Chobe House Villa enough and we hope to return one day.

The cottages themselves are quite nice and good quality for the price, and the location is quiet due to its distance from the main roads. Wouldn't change a thing about the stay.

Located around 5.8 km from Sedudu Gate Chobe National Park, the guest house is also 25 km away from Impalila Conservancy. Excellent location, well positioned in a quiet area and within easy walking access to the main centre. Efficient and friendly staff, especially the hostess, who helped me so much and went above and beyond to make my stay there extremely smooth. She helped me organize so many things and was truly a blessing. I appreciated being able to leave my Hire vehicle parked securely there whilst I went for a short trip to Zimbabwe. Also assisted me to organize the shuttle transport to and from Zimbabwe as well - really extremely helpful. Clean and spacious room, and an excellent breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay there. Highly recommended.

In the middle of the Botswanan bush is this beautiful campsite, fully sustainable and with very passionate owners who are working with local communities. Only stayed for a night but the hosts were very attentive and helpful.

Chimney not only shared insights about life in Botswana, but also organized the best game drive we’ve ever experienced: a 12-hour journey through Chobe with a breakfast and lunch break, all arranged by him. We had the time not just to see the animals, but to truly observe their lives in peace. Honestly, this experience even surpassed our impressions of Victoria Falls the day before. While the facilities may seem modest to some, the dedication and heart Chimney puts into his hosting are the real highlights—and they added incredible value to our journey.

Each of the tented units at Elephant Valley Lodge is equipped with a charging point, hairdryer, fan, electric blankets and tea-and-coffee-making facilities. They each have an suite bathroom with a shower. Some tents offer views of the valley, while others face the forest. Lovely and helpful host with very well trained staff who were always helpful. Lovely location overlooking its own waterholes and a steady movement of game animals in/out which made for remarkable sights. Excellent game drives with very knowledgeable drivers. All round a great experience!
