Fast/easy check in, Member of staff was very helpful, made life easy! Room was so spacious, we booked for 3 people and was more than enough room. The views of the river, the peace and quiet made the stay feel very tranquil and all in all a great experience!

Shout out to Victoria who was so helpful and kind as we were bumped off a flight to London. Their comms are amazing, so helpful and couldn't be more accommodating. So much so we continued to stay while waiting for a flight out. Location is awesome. Hydra bar is really lovely.

The house, the location, the room is so nice and the bed is super comfortable, no noise around, black out curtains, we slept as stones. Great bathroom.

In the heart of Vancouver for dining, shopping and sightseeing. Jacuzzi was lovely and pool relaxing. Gym was wel equipped. Staff very friendly and attentive.
