Location: so central to everything and walkable to so many different locations around the city. Do note that the front desk/main lobby is located on the 2nd floor. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and relaxing! Facilities: small and cozy for a hotel located in Downtown. everything in the room is advanced and nice including the restaurant. For someone who worked in hotels before, this hotel is perfect for business travelers or travelers who want to stay comfortably in the city center

The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and very spacious. The service is excellent, and the staff are friendly. It's also very convenient for dining and shopping, with a great location.

Great restaurant & bar & a pool & gym. I had a flight stop over so it was lovely & convenient as I didn’t even have to leave the airport.

Excellent staff who all went out of their ways to attend to all our requests and beyond. We were offered tea coffee and use of bathroom facilities on early arrival and again until 10pm when we had to wait for our 2am flight. The food at the restaurant was very good and the restaurant manager was courteous and super attentive which made the meal that much more enjoyable. We loved the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The hotel is centrally located but very quiet and cosy.

Beautiful charming hotel in the city center with great French bistro downstairs. Large suites, and loved the bath Occitanne products. Will definitely stay again when back in Vancouver. Thank you.
