The restaurant is perfect, very tasty, both traditional and original. The room has all the necessary amenities, there is everything for breakfast: a coffee machine, a cappuccinatore, fruits, cheeses, cold cuts in the refrigerator, fresh bread in the mailbox. We really like this place!

I usually do not take part to business evaluations; however, this time, I feel the urge to testify. I was caught in a very strong rain on the way to the hotel; when I arrived the two people welcomed me warmly, offered me a towel and felt very sorry for me. One of the employees offered to drop me at a restaurant in his car, so I could avoid the rain again. The employees walked the extra-mile and provided an exceptional service. I would definetly come back to this hotel if I have the opportunity again

I was absolutely stunned by first the location, and then by the view from the bedroom. I sent videos back home to the UK and was quite smug that I had struck gold. A superb apartment and I hated leaving. ALSO, we were well rested and on a high so that we got our Personal Best's in the Lake Como Half Marathon the day after we arrived! Grazie mille!

Our stay at Tenuta del Fatio was absolutely perfect! The property is stunning and very well-maintained in every detail. The rooms really exceeded our expectations – they are huge, very spacious, and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was also great, equipped with a large shower and a hairdryer, which was very convenient. The Wi-Fi works very well and is very reliable. However, the best part of this place is the hospitality. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, creating a wonderful and warm atmosphere.
