The attic apartment was spacious and well equipped, just a 15-minute walk from the train station and right across from a supermarket. There’s also a restaurant on the ground floor, which was very convenient. Quiet neighborhood. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay

I usually do not take part to business evaluations; however, this time, I feel the urge to testify. I was caught in a very strong rain on the way to the hotel; when I arrived the two people welcomed me warmly, offered me a towel and felt very sorry for me. One of the employees offered to drop me at a restaurant in his car, so I could avoid the rain again. The employees walked the extra-mile and provided an exceptional service. I would definetly come back to this hotel if I have the opportunity again

location, clean and value for the money

We stayed at Lux View Como and were really very happy with our experience. The apartment was simply wonderful. First of all, we would like to highlight how attentive and helpful the owner was. We had a problem with the payment through Booking, and the owner personally took care of the situation, contacted Booking support and did everything possible to help us resolve the issue. He was extremely kind and caring throughout the whole process, and we really appreciate his help. Regarding the location, the apartment is not in the historic centre of Como, but it is very convenient to get around. The bus stop is about a 3-minute walk away, and it takes around 15 minutes to reach the city centre. Buses run frequently, so getting around was very easy for us. Another great advantage is the proximity to Chiasso railway station, just across the border in Switzerland. From there, it is very easy and reasonably inexpensive to take a train to Lugano, which was perfect for us. The apartment itself is spacious, spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided: a fully equipped kitchen with pots, dishes and all the necessary utensils, an oven, microwave, washing machine, drying rack, coffee machine and air conditioning. There is also a wonderful balcony, which we really enjoyed. We would also like to thank the owner for his hospitality. He recommended several places to visit and gave us great suggestions for planning our days. He also recommended a restaurant serving local food and even offered to help us arrange a dinner there. It was a very kind gesture, and we really appreciated his personal attention. Overall, we really enjoyed everything about our stay. It was a wonderful experience, and if we return to Como, we would definitely be happy to stay here again.

Cernobbio is the perfect place to relax and go boating around Lake Como. The apartment I was in is wonderful. I felt the care of the owners. It was an unforgettable stay and I will definitely go back there.

The apartment was fantastic comfortable and well-located and a very good size - we loved the terrace and kitchen area and really appreciated having a hairdryer, lots of appliances, tvs, dental kits and slippers - thank you!

First of all, i would like to thank the Host Sabrina, she was super helpful and very welcoming! You feel as a guest very appreciated and welcome. Location: Right on the water with a lovely sun deck with access to the water. The boat harbor is also nearby, from there you can go on boat trips or drive directly to Como town in 30 minutes. Sabrina was always available to answer questions. Our room had its own kitchen with all kinds of equipment. Small snacks and water/juice, yogurt/eggs, etc. were also included free of charge for our stay.

On the water, excellent view of the lake, very comfortable accommodation, very clean, the apartment is modern inside with everything you’d need to self cater comfortably, close to the ferry dock, super responsive and kind host (and the delicious free coffee 😉)

I loved the house,its character and atmosphere.It is an old italian villa with its own charm and soul.The room was nice,three balconies that are available from the room are great!When you wake up you see the lake from the bed!The bathroom is a bathing room with a nice big bathtub and a separate shower. The breakfast was tasty and Mrs Ganga who was serving us food was taking a great care of us.She was very welcoming,smiley and friendly.We felt very well taken care of. The patio outside and the deck by the lake are wonderful - allowed us to enjoy this beautiful lake,including swimming in it 🏊🏻‍♀️ It was a truly great experiance,the host is really nice and helpful.He can be reached by the phone easily. We will be back there with the rest of our family 😁

The hotel is new, spacious, quiet and modern! The amenities are excellent and the pool and bar/restaurant on the roof is really special. We had a fantastic cocktail watching over the lake at sunset!
