The host was very friendly with us. He told us information about the city. The apartment location is good, near to the center and it has a beautiful view to the lake. Our host adviced us several programs and locations to visit. We even had cold bottled water in the fridge which is a small but heartwarming gesture in such hot weather. He even let our luggage to be kept in the apartment for several hours, since we had a late flight.

An absolutely perfect stay! The apartment is stunning, full of history, and has a truly authentic Italian charm. It was spotlessly clean and incredibly well-equipped: plenty of towels, Nespresso coffee capsules, all the kitchen utensils you could need… The beds were amazingly comfortable with top-quality mattresses. The location is ideal, right in the city center, just a minute from the lake, and very easy to find. The secure parking space is a great bonus. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. A huge thank you to Yana, who welcomed us at midnight with such kindness and made sure we felt at home. Communication was smooth and pleasant from start to finish. I highly recommend this apartment 1000%, and I will definitely come back! Thank you again, Yana!
