Receptionists were incredibly helpful, providing us with fantastic recommendations for things to do and see, places to eat and drink wine. They even sorted out bookings for us. Breakfast and Restaurant were really sweet, fun to talk to and helpful as well. The view from our little balcony was also breath-taking. Such value for money, I would recommend this place to stay for anyone wanting to explore Lake Como whilst staying in a beautiful hotel with a local feel. Breakfast buffet was nice and fresh - there was a bit of everything including warm eggs, fruit, cakes, pastries and toast/cereals.

Set in the centre of Lecco, Villa del Cigno has a peaceful location even thought it is just 800 metres from the main square. It has a garden with children's playground and offers free parking and free WiFi throughout the property. Best stay one could wish for in Lecco. Viviana is just the best host. Central location, 10 min from the train station and 5 min from the ferries. Very clean, comfortable, AC worked very well. Great breakfast, the owners were very welcoming, went out of their way to prepare breakfast before the standard hours, so we can eat before we catch an early train. Very quiet, although it was in a busy street. We loved our 2 nights stay in the junior suite.

We stayed at a spacious comfortable “Dependance” room, in an annex building to the hotel. Beautiful view to the lake. No need to climb stairs. Very good breakfast. Good restaurant just beside the hotel, where we had a nice dinner. Titi and his son Luigi, from the family who owns the hotel, are very friendly.
