From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the hosts, who were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. The entire property was spotless—tidy, clean, and clearly well cared for. It’s a peaceful, quiet place that allowed us to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was fresh and satisfying each morning, and we really enjoyed the restaurant connected to the hotel—it was a great touch having such quality dining right on site. The free and secure parking was a big plus, and the whole atmosphere made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our special occasion. Highly recommended.

Buongiorno Lugano First of all the staff are welcoming, gentle , helpful very professional the manager of the hotel should be proud of his team staff . Excellent location, the hotel is an a wonderful palace . The view of the marvelous lake and mountains from my room is wonderful . The room very nicely decorated , the bed so comfortable. Excellent restaurants , the breakfast as well there was a big variety with nice staff as well . my stay in hotel Royal splendid was fabulous . I highly recommend it . Grazie mille 💐
