Location is perfect. Very central in Menaggio but not noisy at all. I stayed in apartment 1, a one bedroom apartment which was more spacious than I expected. Everything worked properly and was very clean. Kitchen had a Nespresso machine and 4 capsules ready for use. Fridge had a 1.5 litre bottle of water and a bottle of white wine. There was also a Bialetti coffee maker and everything else you might need for a week or two stay. WiFi was excellent and easy to connect (by scanning a QR code) and there was a smart TV which was able to connect to YouTube, Netflix and Prime. There were even umbrellas in the common hallway for guests to use on rainy days. The staff were very responsive and friendly. Serena was the person I met and she was very helpful and had very good English. I had a small plumbing problem on the first day of my stay and it was sorted out later that same day when I was out and about. Also, Serena arranged getting a taxi for me in the last day of my stay at short notice. All in all, one of, if not the best places I’ve ever stayed. Highly recommended.

Great family run bed and breakfast. Antonio and Maria are wonderful hosts and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They are a wealth of knowledge and we regularly took their recommendations on ferries and restaurants so much so that we dined at La Grolla for dinner on each night of our stay. Room overlooks Lake Como was clean and comfy.

We spent 3 wonderful nights at Stella’s apartment and couldn’t be happier with our stay. The location is unbeatable – just steps away from the peaceful main square in Menaggio, close to grocery stores, the church, bus stop, gelato shops, and many great restaurants. The apartment is tastefully decorated, very clean, and fully equipped – air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, kitchenette, and more. There’s also a small table and chairs outside – perfect for morning coffee. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. Communication with Stella was excellent – she responded instantly and gave helpful advice throughout our stay. Highly recommended! :)

This is as an amazing property although we were a bit confused as thought we had booked a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa for 8 people but it is a 2 bed apartment with one bathroom and then on the next floor up (through another door which you need a key for) is a massive 2 bed, 2 bath apartment with a kitchen, lounge and huge terrace! It as great to be fair just would have been good to know to begin with that 2 beds and 1 bath on one floor and 2 beef's with 2 bath on the next floor up and a bit separate due to separate door and flight of stairs?
