The staff were incredible, great energy.

Gorgeous views, quiet location and staff were super friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site was also great. Room was lovely and we especially loved the attached patio for some quiet time after dinner. Only a twenty minute walk to Menaggio!

It was very peacefully, nice areas to sit and chill inside and out, the kitchen/dining area had all that you needed. A short walk out of town looking down onto the lake which was nice after a busy day sightseeing.

Friendly, professional staff. Sumptuous breakfast. Relaxing by the pool with a pre-dinner drink. We had a dbl with balcony and partial lake view and the room was much better than in the photos: very spacious, and the terrace was huge! We appreciated having dinner at the hotel after a long day visiting Bellagio. Travelling by car, the carpark was a plus.

I’d like to share my experience about the Balcone Fiorito hotel. It was exactly as shown in the photos. The hotel offers a stunning view and has a beautiful, well-kept garden. The room was spacious and comfortable. And most importantly, the owner, David, is incredibly kind and attentive — always ready to help with anything you need. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Location is a 5-10 minute walk from the ferry port a little difficult with heavy luggage but if you manage that part. The property is absolutely best in Menaggio. So warmly and you feel like you’re living the italian life. So many books. Such thoughfully made. Believe me its bigger than the photos the views from the bedroom and the living room are so amazong. The balcony is so nice. The property has all the amenities a dishwasher, a washing machine. Its as if you’re living in an artist’s property. Wifi could be better if with heavy luggage take a cab.

We booked this property after another host cancelled on us with just a few weeks to go, so it wasn’t our first choice, but in the end it exceeded our expectations. It was a lovely, modern apartment with everything we needed and great views from the large balcony. The kitchenette was modern and well equipped, and the bathrooms were spotlessly clean. The whole complex was very peaceful during our stay and we particularly enjoyed the swimming pool. Having a designated parking space was also very convenient. The apartment isn’t too far from Menaggio, although unless we missed a route through the complex, the beginning of the walk into town was along a busy main road. We found it easier to take the car instead, and had no trouble parking in Menaggio.

The host was incredibly helpful with anything we needed. Lovely view of Lake Como from the balcony. The apartment was lovely and clean, and we had all the facilities we needed.

The location of this apartment is fantastic, close to the promenade and the main piazza. The place is modern and clean. Everything we could need had been provided. The communication with the host was excellent and very thorough instructions were provided.

For location and view I could score 20... hotel is at the top of a hill overlooking the lake. And there is an underground parking for the guests. Best place I can think about at Como Lake, at a convenient price. This is a family hotel, very attendive with their guests. Garden is a Paradise, view is Heaven. Rooms are fair, but who is staying in room at this location!! Restaurant is the best, very tasteful dishes, and big portions. Service is perfect, I would return every year!!

The host is super nice, I felt homely because of her. She gave me free ride to Varenna every morning. I like Hiking directly to the village from Varenna. There are free night bus service from Varenna station to the village, which is helpful to avoid the dark hiking path in the night.

Everything about Seta Hotel was so good - the spacious room & bathroom with all the amenities, the decor, the food and the wonderful hospitality of Kaylie who was very kind with the conversations. The location was perfect too, and close to all the restaurants and market.
