It is hard to find a good service in Italy, but here everything was amazing. The room is big and clean. The balcony is huge! The stuff is so helpful and really tries to make your stay the best experience! The food is delicious! We’ve tried the food in local restaurants and it was not as good as in this hotel. Would definitely recommend to stay here. Love it☀️

The view was very nice. and they have a very cute dog!

Facilities were top notch. I recommend this place for anybody who wants personal and overwhelming service.

The room had a beautiful view of the lake. We could hear the soothing sound of the waves from the veranda. The bedroom had skylights through which we had a great view of the moon and stars. Our property manager, Sina, was wonderful and helped us arrange several things.

The view is wonderful ,everything was great .we are satisfied. Only the weather was cold. Thank you for a relaxing holiday

The owner and staff were so incredibly nice and did everything they could to make our stay better. We had dinner in the garden one of the nights and we honestly felt like royalty. The rooms are spacious and clean and had a spectacular view over the lake. There was parking for our car. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this place!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming apartment nestled in an old, picturesque house. The setting was absolutely beautiful, with an authentic character that perfectly captures the essence of the region. The apartment was well-maintained and offered a delightful blend of historic charm and modern comforts. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a serene and unique getaway. Why down to the town was for us totally fine, 15 min and why up after good dinner and wine was also easy maybe 20 min . The view and the service if you had any questions were truly amazing. The room was clean when you got there, there was a restaurant directly underneath.

The location of the property was excellent. It also had hot water and a very small functioning kitchen. We have been to Menaggio on seven occasions now as we love this part of the world so much.

The apartment is very nice, clean and spacious. Very good for 6 people. It is 6-7 minutes from the ferry and has restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The host Alessandro is very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Great location: close to the pier, square, and supermarket. Large, stylish apartment, attentive owner. Not a drawback, but a feature: It's located on the fourth floor of a building without an elevator, which is good for cardio :)) The parking entrance is narrow, but it's right next to the building.

The location was amazing, close to restaurants or the supermarket so there is always food available. The view from the balcony was stunning with the sunrise hitting the mountains whilst you enjoy your coffee is dreamy. Such a great apartment, comfy and cosy. The host was great at answering any of my questions and helping me when i needed assistance!
