Loved it. Great views. Very clean. Loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings

Super attentive host. Villa with long history. Free parking and one spot was always available. Great location in a quiet neighborhood 20mins walk from Menaggio city center. There is a walking trail just outside the house following Via Regina - the views were just breathtaking every morning.

We liked everthing, starting from very lovely staff then the view from the room, everthing was just fabulous and georgeus! Very big thanks for the staff, such a lovely people! ♥️

The room was spacious, well-maintained, and clean. Both rooms featured private verandas overlooking the lake, offering truly mesmerizing views. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our stay. They responded promptly to all our questions and requests, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The view and the service if you had any questions were truly amazing. The room was clean when you got there, there was a restaurant directly underneath.

The property was set in the most beautiful place. Stunning views.

We had an excellent 4-day stay in Italy with our family. The property was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The host had thoughtfully provided all the useful amenities, including utensils, a washing machine, fridge, and other essentials, which made our stay very convenient. The beds were also very comfortable, and overall the house felt well prepared for a family stay. A special mention to our host, Elisa, who was extremely helpful throughout. She provided very clear directions and useful inputs, which made our arrival and stay much easier. Her communication and support were excellent, and we really appreciated her kindness. Highly recommended!

That was a fantastic neighbourhood to stay in: peaceful, serene and definitely picturesque. The property was spacious and had everything we needed for the comfortable stay. The view was fabulous. I could enjoy it both from the bedroom and from the patio area. We attended the CO.RI pizzeria which was recommended by the hosts and that is also a hidden Menaggio gem.

We loved everything. The location and view from the balcony is 10/10 can compete with luxury hotels views. The apartment is very clean and well equipped with anything you may want in household. Short walk to supermarket and ferry station is an easy walk to as well. The host is super helpful and instructions to get in are very clear and easy. We highly recommend this property. This apartment with its location, the view and the atmosphere is just breathtaking! The owners are the kindest people and from the first moment on we never wanted to leave again. You have everything you need, the apartment is really big and comfortable! We are for sure coming back more often. We totally fell in love with this place. Also the lake and Menaggio are just beautiful!

I liked the pool and view from the pool. Also space and all amenities.

Washing machine available, dishes, kettle, large dining table.The apartment was extremely clean, there are even art books that you can browse through. Location is good and we always found parking space, even in high season.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful apartment. It is very modern, and comfortable with incredible views from every window. We also enjoyed the pool area most days, which is a few minutes walk from the apartment. We did not have a car, so would do the 20 minute walk down the hill in to Menaggio, and took the C113 bus back that would drop us off right outside the gates to the complex. We had a thoroughly relaxing holiday, and would certainly recommend and we would return in a heartbeat.

Wonderful view of the lake and mountains with a nice setting. Perfect flat for 4 people for a short stay at lake Como. Close to boats and Menaggio.

The room had a beautiful view of the lake. We could hear the soothing sound of the waves from the veranda. The bedroom had skylights through which we had a great view of the moon and stars. Our property manager, Sina, was wonderful and helped us arrange several things.

The view is wonderful ,everything was great .we are satisfied. Only the weather was cold. Thank you for a relaxing holiday

The staff were very helpful, and once at the property, you are removed from the tourist crowds, with great views, facilities, local walks, and a small restaurant serving local specialities. We had a lovely stay.

Grand Hotel Tremezzo was absolutely outstanding. We felt like royalty from our arrival until our reluctant departure. It was first class, 5 star luxury 24/7. We spent 3 days & 2 glorious nights in an upgraded Terrace Garden Suite. This enormous 2 room, 2 bathroom suite accommodated our 17 year old daughter in a queen sofa bed, with a beautiful garden deck outside, & side deck with panoramic Lake Como views. It was private, palatial, & had every conceivable bathroom accessory, fully stocked fridge & pantry with snacks, & multiple Nespresso pods for whatever your coffee preference may be. The King bed was super comfortable, as were the fluffy soft towels & bathrobes. There even was a custom sewing kit with safety pins, multiple coloured threads, buttons etc amongst the multiple accessories inside the second wardrobe. Breakfast was an indulgent affair, which was leisurely, well staffed, and honestly the biggest choice & range of breakfast options imaginable. On top of this, there was the option of ordering whatever one desired, cooked to order. My personal favourite was the cereal options, (crazy I know) with so many additional condiments to add - it was like being in a candy store. I cannot even begin to rave about the enormous cheese options, as well as numerous spreads, fruits, hams & delicious pastries to die for. I thought we would skip lunch given the 7 course breakfasts, but with so many restaurant options & jaw dropping views to enjoy, we managed to wine & dine the afternoons & evenings away in awe of the ever changing views & absolute beauty of the hotel. The fitness centre is across 3 floors, with cardio equipment first, strength training 2nd, & the best equipped functional fitness I've ever seen on the 3rd floor. It was the perfect way to try & reverse the indulgences from the previous days. We also made good use of the heated outdoor lap pool, & were even brought fresh hot tea by the...

Great location, in a small & historic village up on the hill. Apartment had everything we needed plus a great view. Rita & Kirsty were so helpful, picking us up from the station & organizing taxis back from Varenna and Rita's in-house dinners & breakfast were great. A really memorable experience.

We stayed with Summer and Ash and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The room was fantastic. Beautifully prepared with a real attention to detail that made it feel special. They were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived, making us feel completely at home. The breakfast was also excellent. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality guest house experience.
