Sonila was incredibly helpful both before and during our stay, answering questions about public transport, eating options etc quickly and clearly. She even took time to meet us and explain things when we first arrived - what a lovely warm person she is. Our room was spacious, clean and warm. The en suite had a lovely new shower. Perfect. The communal kitchen with tea coffee options, cereals and Sonila's delicious home made cake is a great idea, and we were able to leave our bags after check out, then grab a coffee before heading to the airport. Overall, a great place to stay and we would do so again if we come back to Bergamo. There is a bus stop outside to take you up to the Citta Alta, and "lower" Bergamo's attractions are a short walk away.

A nice stay at this hotel that is closed to the airport. The staff is so helpful, they helped us ordering food as we arrived late at night and also helped with the airport transfer. We loved our stay!
