Lovely place and perfect location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable. Best shower gel, conditioner, shampoo you can find in a hotel! Everything was perfect!

We arrived earlier than the check in time and the staff was helpful, keeping our baggages and putting it in our room. It's a new hotel so the room is very confortable and modern. The area is calm. It takes around 20 minutes walk to join the touristic places in the center of the citta alta.

Everything was beautiful! Pedro made us a perfect service and very good welcoming. the rooms are very well decorated with very luxury furnitures, bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is huge! we had in extra a very tasty bottle of red wine which we appreciated a lot, and we would definitely come there again!

The team welcomed me so warmly on Christmas Day- it truly felt like I was being welcomed by family. They were incredibly thoughtful and went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable.
