Everything is decorated in a mountain style and connected by countless corridors, with which you can get to every corner of the hotel. The property is well situated, close to downtown and restaurants. Flat was superclean and seemed new & staff friendly. Travelling with 10 yr old and 15 year old. My youngest got sick and there was plenty of space for her in our bed. It was very warm outside so the airconditioning came in handy and worked well. This town is very beautiful. We went to the parco paradiso. Which has very short opening hours so we ended up going there for 30 minutes but it was well worth it. The most beautiful place I have ever seen.

Best of all: mountain view, location (just a minute from the historical gate to the old town, just about 5-7 mins walk tonthe train station) The flat was spacious, very comfortable and well equipped. One feels relaxed and well just like at home.

We travel extensively, and I can honestly say this is one of the most delightful hotels I have ever stayed in. The thought and care put into every detail, combined with the exceptional service, made our stay truly memorable. We particularly appreciated the management taking the time to welcome us personally on arrival and say goodbye when we left, expressing true and honest interest in our feedback regarding the stay. This is a beautiful and spacious one bed apartment in a lovely central location in Chiavenna. We had everything we needed, including great broadband. Agostino kindly met us for the check in, and was extremely hospitable despite us being straight off the mountain and not exactly looking our best! We wish we could have stayed a bit longer.
