The front desk were very accommodating with any enquiry, especially Maria who checked us in. They upgraded us to an even better room than we had booked and it had the most breathtaking views, which made our stay much more magical. Breakfast in the morning was a huge plus. It was a little further of a walk to get to the main town area, however the views along the way never got old for us so we didn’t mind at all. Would absolutely stay again.

There was a huge storm during my stay . No electricity no trains for 3 days. I missed my plane home. However the hotel owner, family and staff went out of their way to make things as comfortable as possible for everyone . Even cooking delicious soup on outside fire so we could have something hot to eat by candlelight.

Beautiful hotel, cozy, clean and lovely mountain views from the sunny balcony. The bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to get up! The staff was very friendly and attentive and the breakfast was delicious and varied. Thank you for the birthday chocolates too!
