This hostel has so many wonderful qualities. We stayed in a private room with an en-suite bathroom, which was perfect for the three of us. The beds were clean, neat, and very comfortable, and the WiFi worked flawlessly. The location is unbeatable - right in the heart of the city, making tour pickups incredibly convenient since everything was so centrally located. Although we missed breakfast for the first two days due to early tours, the staff went above and beyond by arranging packed lunches for us. They even proactively reached out via WhatsApp, which was such a thoughtful touch. I’ve honestly never experienced such excellent communication from a hotel before. The staff are always smiling, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. After long days of exploring, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The water refill station is a great added bonus, and their restaurant, ROOTS, offers some truly delicious menu options. If you’re too tired to head out for a meal, you can simply step outside your room and enjoy amazing food and outstanding service. Highly recommended!

It is kept super clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The kitchen is really well equipped and organized. The bathrooms are very clean and have hot water all the time. The pool is lovely, too. The hostel has a fun and welcoming atmosphere, complete with adorable and friendly pets!

Set in a colonial style building featuring a garden and a restaurant, Hotel Jardin Atacama offers heated rooms with private bathrooms. Prime location. The room was very clean. We can have water refilled. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good too.
