Hostal América is a brand new Mediterranean-style building, located in Puerto Natales and run by its owners. The property also offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property. I had a very early start so the staff started breakfast an hour before their usual time. The staff were wonderfully accommodating. I had to leave some luggage and they helped with that. The bus station was only 5 minutes walk away. The area is extremely safe.

Offering Bed & Breakfast and Full-board, Hotel Río Serrano + Spa is in Torres del Paine. There is an on-site restaurant and a garden overlooking the Paine Massif. A buffet breakfast is served daily. Absolutely everything was fantastic, with no exception. The room we booked was extremely comfortable and the views were just incredible. Everything was up to perfection. Staff is very helpful and positive. The food and service at the restaurant and the bar were to the top level, very tasty, friendly service, fast preparation of food, etc. Prices though are quite expensive. The design of the hotel is great. Spa and other activities are also great. Although we ended up staying a couple nights here, we would have stayed much longer if we could.

Pedro, Daniel, and Gustavo were super welcoming, and treated me more like a family than a guest. They were very helpful with giving me tips and ideas on what to do in the area especially during the off season. The facility is also clean and cozy. The kitchen has great amenities for cooking while also having a great view from the window! Would highly recommend staying here!
