Hostal América is a brand new Mediterranean-style building, located in Puerto Natales and run by its owners. The property also offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Friendly staff, comfy bad, rather quiet, we slept very well, breakfast at 6 am (buses to Torres Del Paine leave very early), convenient location 10 mins from bus station and 15 from city center.

Hotel Vendaval was charming and lovely, with very friendly and helpful hotel staff who spoke English. The roof top deck and bar were awesome - fantastic views. Also had a great view from the room! The breakfast was good and a great way to start the day. The location is fantastic - easy to walk to everything in town and a short drive to the bus terminal. They were able to hold our luggage while we went hiking in the Torres del Paine National Park (we booked several nights here before and after our trek). Highly recommend, and would happily go back!

We made the mistake of renting in advance from a company in Puerto Natales. The staff and hosts were very nice, Juan was funny and nice. The common area was large with many sofas and some board games, as well as a TV showing football games. They have a 'gym' with a punching bag, weights and pull up bar among others. They offered to bring us for a fee by car to the bus terminal as it is a 20 minute walk at 6am when heading to Torres del Paine. The rooms are well sized and beds are cozy; the toilets clean and comfortable: come with soap, shampoo and conditioner. The included breakfast comes with juice, coffee, tea, milk, eggs to be made, oranges, apples, yogurt, cereal, cake... Great stay, will be coming back soon for the third time!

Offering Bed & Breakfast and Full-board, Hotel Río Serrano + Spa is in Torres del Paine. There is an on-site restaurant and a garden overlooking the Paine Massif. A buffet breakfast is served daily. The property, the staff, the views, the facilities, the food. This was a wonderful experience that I highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. The food was reasonably priced for its quality. The room was exceptionally comfortable. The water dispensing machines in the hallway were a great added value.

Welcome to an icon of Punta Arenas with years of experience, Cabo de Hornos Hotel is an icon of the capital of Patagonia. All staff made us feel welcome, helped us in any way we needed them at the front desk. Came back each day to the cleaner been with clean beds, towels and personal touch with the kids teddy's on the bed. Breakfast was amazing with so much to choose from and all the restaurant staff were exceptionally helpful. Always someone around the could speak English if needed help with translating the language.

The room is beautifully designed with full kitchen great bed and modern facilities. Great bed, linens and towels. Owner was terrific and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and all else. She also brought us breakfast, which was unnecessary but nice

Hostal Micalvi ligger i Magallanes i Punta Arenas, 12 minutters gang fra Punta Arenas Strand. Amazing hosts, one of the best. They helped us so much. The place is cozy and comfortable. The room was nice and clean. Bathrooms are also quite good. We felt like living with family. They also helped us get airport transfer. They also saved breakfast for us when we came back from the Penguin tour. Later in the week, even when we were not staying with them, they allowed us to camp at their place for a couple of hours to wait for the airport taxi. The warmth we felt was incredible. Thanks for making the stay memorable for us.

Pedro, Daniel, and Gustavo were super welcoming, and treated me more like a family than a guest. They were very helpful with giving me tips and ideas on what to do in the area especially during the off season. The facility is also clean and cozy. The kitchen has great amenities for cooking while also having a great view from the window! Would highly recommend staying here!
