But the best thing is the staff, Winnie will help you to organize everything, before and during the trip, she speaks perfect english. She is so precise and professional. I forgot some clothes in the hotel and she send them to me to another hotel and back to Italy. She is kind and beautiful. Rate 10/10

She went above and beyond to ensure that everything during my stay was perfect—personally checking in to see if I needed anything, offering thoughtful recommendations, and handling every request with warmth and efficiency. Her dedication to making guests feel comfortable is truly rare and deeply appreciated. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-managed, which clearly reflects Joanna’s leadership. Every part of the experience was smooth and enjoyable, thanks to her and the wonderful team she leads. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable stay. Kind, helped us get to the property, helped us with luggage, gave us fresh treats. We forgot some personal items and he informed us about it and posted it to our next hotel.
