But the best thing is the staff, Winnie will help you to organize everything, before and during the trip, she speaks perfect english. She is so precise and professional. I forgot some clothes in the hotel and she send them to me to another hotel and back to Italy. She is kind and beautiful. Rate 10/10

Her dedication to making guests feel comfortable is truly rare and deeply appreciated. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-managed, which clearly reflects Joanna’s leadership. Every part of the experience was smooth and enjoyable, thanks to her and the wonderful team she leads. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable stay. The service at this hotel is excellent. They offered free airport transportation. Pei-Pei offered her good service for ticket booking to the national parks. Each day we received a very useful explanation from her about the sightseeing route and suggestions, she speaks perfect English. The room is very clean and spacious, plenty of drinking water was provided. The breakfast is plentiful. The location is very good, approx. 15 minutes walking distance from the south entrance. It is very peaceful during the night, ensuring a good sleep. We had one dinner in the hotel. The quality of the food is average compared to the price charged.
