Massive pools perfect for a dip after a day of hiking, and the brekkie spread was top-notch with heaps of local options. Cheers for a cracking good experience – will definitely be back!

She went above and beyond to ensure that everything during my stay was perfect—personally checking in to see if I needed anything, offering thoughtful recommendations, and handling every request with warmth and efficiency. Her dedication to making guests feel comfortable is truly rare and deeply appreciated. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-managed, which clearly reflects Joanna’s leadership. Everything - I can’t recommend this lovely inn enough! Starting with the staff, they go above and beyond. Zhang is amazing and helped us organise our time in Zhangjiajie. She booked all of our attraction tickets and was always available to answer our questions. We can’t thank her enough for her invaluable help! The room exceeds expectations - clean, large and comfortable. There is free laundry services which we found really useful and breakfast is delicious. Especially the pork dumplings! Great location overlooking the river and in walking distance of lots of restaurants, shops and a bakery. Central to the popular attractions. We hope to return in future :)

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They not only advised us on the best way to visit the national park but even purchased the tickets for us. While the pickup service from the train station was unsuccessful, the drop-off back to the station went smoothly. We especially enjoyed the homemade breakfast served on the terrace with its magnificent mountain views.

Very helpful and kind. She helped be with pretty much everything I needed while visiting the area. The hotel is very well located and next to the Tianmen mountain’s cablecar. A lot of restaurants around and at night the place is really calm.
