From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our host, Winnie, who was very enthusiastic and helpful throughout our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and our rooms were luxurious, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s service was top-notch, especially thanks to Winnie. She provided excellent advice on things to do in the area and helped us plan our days in a way that made everything run smoothly. Whenever we had questions, she was quick to assist. The hotel also offers a great swimming pool and a restaurant with tasty local food. The location was perfect—just a short ride to the National Park entrance. Every morning, we were taken to the park by golf cart, and Winnie also helped arrange taxis when we needed to go elsewhere or needed airport transport. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Zhangjiajie.

They helped us to book absolutely every ticket and save some money, to plan our days and everything else we need The room and the hotel were clean, the bed was comfortable. The decoration of the room was super cute as well

Great location near old town, convenient for visiting and food. Manager was very helpful and welcoming, met the taxi at the main road and helped us carry luggage to the inn. He also helped us book a taxi and carried our luggage to taxi when we checked out, and even gave us a pack of dried fruits as a gift. Rooms look directly out to the river. You can jump from the room balcony into the river, that's how close it is.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Zhangjiajie. The staff, especially the owner Rainbow and her husband were incredibly helpful and kind. We didn’t plan anything for our visit, but Rainbow guided us on how to make the most of our two-day stay and suggested the best tours. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and have a private bathroom and toilet. The hotel is extremely affordable, offering great value for money. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it’s only a 3-minute walk to the Tianmen Cable Car. They also provide free drinking water, which was very convenient. We wished we could have stayed longer! If you’re looking for cheap, clean, and comfortable accommodation in Zhangjiajie with amazing hospitality, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended!
