Wonderful stay here at the Nouri Hotel in the Black Forest. Wonderful atmosphere as soon you set foot in the lobby and get welcomed with a delicious glass of wine. The rooms continue the theme of relaxing. Very calming tones and serene views. The beds are comfortable and the pillows can be individualized. We ate at the hotel restaurant which was a modern take on fine dining. Delicious selection on foods and wine with exceptionally friendly staff. We ended the night at the rooftop bar where we enjoyed live music and solid cocktails. The popcorn served at the bar was a new flavor explosion and we had to have the secret of their spices, which the friendly bartender happily shared. Breakfast buffet was variety rich and delicious. Free champagne was definitely a plus. I think a major plus is also the direct access to the Therme which makes for a luxurious stay. Rounding off our stay with a massage at the hotel spa. Definitely recommend a stay here. 10/10

A modern apartment in the city center. I just spent two nights in this remarkable property. Initially, I was hesitant to book this apartment as there were some well-known hotels that were also offering similar room rateas. But I am really glad I chose to stay here. The apartment itself is really clean and modern. The owner must have paid a lot of attention to little details. Comfortable bedding and good kitchen appliances/ kitchenette (I loved its coffee machine). As a solo traveler, who is often lazy to go out at night, this was a perfect choice as it was so easy to get comfortable with readymade food in its spacious living area. The property is within a walking distance from the main train station as well as to many tourist attractions. There were a couple of nice cafeterias in the neighbourhood, and a bakery is just one doorstep away. Highly recommended. My tip: Bring your own slippers.
