Sellmann´s Boutique Hotel se encuentra en Dortmund, a 10 min a pie de Lago Phoenix, y ofrece alojamiento con centro de fitness, parking privado gratis, jardín y terraza. It’s a design interior with beautiful photography art, very comfortable rooms and spacious common areas. Gym has aerobic machines and free weights! There is a sauna also. Breakfast was superb! Outside there is nice area with shops and restaurants, and cross the street there is an access to the lake. I took a run around the lake - it was 2.5 miles and really wonderful! These is more restaurants around the lake. There are 2 grocery stores within a short walk from the hotel. The place has limited parking spots in the front, but then there’s a a lot in 100 meters. We really enjoyed our stay 😊

In fact, the host was super chill and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s honestly a gem of a find and we would definitely book this spot again in a heartbeat.
