The check-in process was super easy and flexible, we liked that we did not need to wait on the reception and the instructure was very straightforward. The room was clean, small but cosy. We found fascinating how smartly the hotel built the rooms and organised the space. The public areas were very cosy too with some small activities. Last but not least, the location is a pearl, the centered position and therefore it was easy to access the main visiting points in the center. We highly recommend the hotel!

Best family room I have ever had across four continents. Kids asked whether we can live here:) sooo clean, quiet. We arrived from New York, 7 hrs to London, 4 hrs to change airports and a flight to Leipzig. I could barely stand when I got with two little kids and suitcases to reception desk. Sebastian at reception was the greatest guy ever. He just got us all sorted, checked in, and made sure I thought of breakfast next day (I didn’t, I am glad he made sure I am good and got all sorted). No extra paperwork/card swipes/any effort required. I just had to nod, I was so tired I was past speaking:) and all was done. Another member of hotel personnel gave me some breathing space by showing kids how to use shoe shine machine, allowing me time to sort out suitcases while kiddies were amazed and fully preoccupied polishing their sneakers:))) Awesome breakfast set up.

Everything, excellent spacious room, incredibly varied high quality breakfast, friendly staff, great architectural design, the area around the hotel was really interesting and the ethos of the business.
