Our room was clean and comfortable. Both hosts were helpful, friendly, and respectful. Linke helped us with useful recommendations and booking tours. The location right at the beach is great. We had a little issue with ants in our rooms after heavy rainfalls, and the staff reacted immediately and offered an additional room for one night while our room was been cleaned - very high level customer orientation!

The rooms were comfortable and clean and it was a quick walk to anywhere you wanted to go. One of the best things was the amazing service by the staff. Carlos greeted us when we arrived and made sure we had the best time. He had so much information and helped us with tours and organizing activities. He was even so kind as to help us organize tours for our return to Santa Cruz. He truly made our stay spectacular!

The pool was wonderful and we loved the courtyard that was perfect for socializing. The location is perfect, close to many restaurants, bakeries, and the beach.
