The hosts are very accommodating and welcoming, they are naturalist guides and gave excellent recommendations and helped organise our logistics. We also enjoyed making our own coffee and use of the communal kitchen (kettle, toastie maker etc).

The room was new and everything was really well finished. The bed and pillows were comfy. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is good value.

Hostel Loja is a comfy, clean stay with great value. Rooms are pretty basic but spotless, and I loved having a big bathroom! It's also nice having a coffee shop on the premises. Diego was a wonderfully accommodating host – he was very quick and helpful when I had some special requests – and he makes a great breakfast :)
