Dette eksotiske feriested ligger midt på Nilen, på en ø i nærheden af Aswans centrum. Det har et stort område med flotte haver og pragtfuld udsigt over Nilen, bjergene, og Aswan. I loved the private feel of the hotel. It was very well maintained. Ms. Christine, the guest relations manager was amazing. She was nice and so respectful to my older parents and helped me deal with an issue with high priority. She made each guest feel special. I will continue to stay at this property because of her.

JJ Guesthouse ligger i Aswan, 22 km fra Aga Khan Mausoleum og mindre end 1 km fra Det Nubiske Museum. Her er en terrasse samt gratis wi-fi overalt. The guesthouse was very welcoming and immediately helped us bring our bags from the ferry. When we asked to change dates, they made it easy, and then when we wanted to change room it was also easy. The roof-top was a great asset with a clear view across the Nile full of faluccas and other boats. It was quiet and we slept well in excellent beds. the windows, and small balcony were great. The bathroom was adequate and clean. JJ helped us get an excellent driver, Mustapha, who spoke good english and was very attentive. Both JJ and his wife spoke good english. At first we were asking ourselves some questions about staying on an island which is still quite underdeveloped, but then we got to realize we were having an authentic experience of an African Nubian village and the village life all around. We loved the weaving shop and the spice shop near the ferryboat and made them our base. The ferryboat went every few minutes and cost almost nothing. We found good restaurants also, even one with beer and wine.

Nala Narty Nubian House & Organic Farm ligger i Aswan og har en have, privat strandområde, en terrasse og restaurant. The location, the views, and the way everything is built so close to nature were absolutely incredible. But what truly made this place unforgettable were the people. They didn’t feel like staff, they felt like family, welcoming us into their home with genuine warmth. And the food… just amazing. As an Indian, good spices and flavour are non-negotiable, and we got exactly what we were craving. We were also really grateful for their help when our pre-booked driver didn’t show up, the team stepped in, and the photo they provided helped us secure a refund for the cancelled activity. After 13 days of travelling across Egypt, staying here was the perfect way to unwind and say goodbye to this historic and culturally rich country.

Nebro Nubian Guest House - Adults Only ligger i Aswan, 18 km fra Aga Khan Mausoleum og 11 km fra Det Nubiske Museum. Her er gratis wi-fi, aircondition, en terrasse og en restaurant. Virkelig hyggeligt og flot sted. Det har en super beliggenhed i Nubian village. Rolig og behagelig stemning. Ejeren Hafez er meget venlig og hjælpsom. Meget stor anbefaling!

The people working in the hotel were really kind and friendly and helped me with everything. They helped me get a trip to Abu Simbel and even packaged me a breakfast for it, because the trip started so early. The room was very quiet, peaceful and clean.

Nile Bride ligger i Aswan, 23 km fra Aga Khan Mausoleum og mindre end 1 km fra Det Nubiske Museum. Værelserne har aircondition og et privat badeværelse. The place is amazing and clean, and the view is breathtaking. Mohammed and Mostafa are very kind, generous, and genuine people. They helped us with everything from Flueca rides, money exchange, and routes. This is from now on my goto for whenever i come to Aswan.

King Mina Nubian House ligger i Aswan, 17 km fra Aswan High Dam og 24 km fra Tombs of the Nobles. Overnatningsstedet er røgfrit og ligger 22 km fra Aga Khan Mausoleum. The guest house was very nice and clean. The rooftop is nice. The rooms are simple but functional. The hotel manager was very helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed the boat trip to the venue provided by the hotel.

New Abu Simbel Tourist Hotel ligger i Abu Simbel, 2,3 km fra Abu Simbel, og har en restaurant og gratis privat parkering. I can only reconfirm what previous guests have written before : I was welcomed by a wonderful, kind and helpful host. The hotel is new, therefore the facilities are in very good quality. Everything is clean. I really felt comfortable and well looked after. Highly recommend to stay here.
