After really disappointing hotels in Cairo and Luxor in the same range, this one really exceeded my expectations. It’s on an island, but don’t worry, it’s really easy and cheap to get across with a public ferry for 15-20 egp during daytime hours, and even during the night, when the price is 75-100 egp because they transport only you. The staff is really nice, the garden fabolous and smell so nice, the rooms are super clean (cleaning lady will empty your trash and make your bed every day), you get all the toiletaries and two towels, even complimentary peanuts awaits you in the room. In the main hall, they have a fridge with water and sodas you can buy for a regular price, and you can also use that fridge for you own food. It's super quiet since there is no traffic on the island. Having a quiet room is something you really need when you travel around Egypt.

Bonita Chillhouse ligger i Aswan, 22 km från Aga Khan Mausoleum, och erbjuder boende med en gemensam lounge, gratis privat parkering och en terrass. Hosting was perfect and such lovely people to talk too. They arranged everything to door step. Trip to Abu simble, Luxor and boat and felluca rides and airport pickup.And follow up on everytime we went. The prices were decent and avoids haggling in ports etc. All picked up near door step and on time. They even helped us order food when time was limited.

Nebro Nubian Guest House - Adults Only ligger i Aswan, 18 km från Aga Khan Mausoleum och 11 km från Nubiska museet, och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi, luftkonditionering, en terrass och en... Hafez the owner is an extraordinary person. He created this guesthouse which is perfect for a few days stay in every way. Hafez also helped us to contact the transfer company during our further journey because they did not speak English. I can highly recommend this accommodation.

Nubian Soul Guest Houses ligger i Aswan och har en trädgård, en gemensam lounge, en terrass och en restaurang. Boendet ligger inom 23 km från Aga Khan Mausoleum och har en bar. This guest house was clean and well located close to the ferry terminal. The place was a bit more expensive than other options but had a modern shower, reliable wifi, and a peaceful rooftop - which were all important to me. Homemade breakfast was simple and the cook even packed sandwich for my very early tour. Mahmoud was super nice and chill, showing a sunset spot and nearby attractions in this lovely nubian village. They had their tour connections, which I didn’t get to use it as I prefer independent travel but could be convenient for those who want tours to explore Aswan. Overall, great nubian experience. Just make sure you take ferry from ‘South’ terminal. Otherwise you will have to walk long in unpaved dirt road.

Nile Bride ligger i Aswan, 23 km från Aga Khan Mausoleum, och har en trädgård, terrass och utsikt över bergen. The place is amazing and clean, and the view is breathtaking. Mohammed and Mostafa are very kind, generous, and genuine people. They helped us with everything from Flueca rides, money exchange, and routes. This is from now on my goto for whenever i come to Aswan.

King Mina Nubian House erbjuder boende i Aswan, 17 km från Aswan High Dam och 24 km från Tombs of the Nobles. We stayed 3 nights, the host Baky was very welcoming and helpful, letting us change rooms to a bigger and organizing a boat for us. The room was very clean and calm. On the roof terrace you had a nice view to the monastery across the water. Overall a good value for the price.

Dolty Kato Nubian House By Kato Dool erbjuder rum i Aswan och har en terrass. Boendet ligger 18 km från Aga Khan Mausoleum och 11 km från Nubiska museet. A wonderful place with lovely location facing the Nile giving unlimited positive energy with smiley,helpful & friendly staff Also delicious it is the best in Aswan Thanks to Ms Somaia Higagi & Reservation Manager Ahmed A Aziz & all the wonderful staff

New Abu Simbel Tourist Hotel ligger i Abu Simbel, 2,3 km från Abu Simbles tempel, och erbjuder boende med en restaurang och gratis privat parkering. Incredible friendly and personal service. It was really exceptional and it´s rare to find. VERY good breakfast and so tasty food in the restaurant. Try the fresh juices! Thanks to Ali (and all the other stuff members) it was an incredible stay in Abu Simbel. And, just to tell it to former visitors, we are the ONLY visitor in the Abu Simbel temples! Highestly recommended (and I do not exegerate)!
