The location was excellent. We were in walking distance of all the major monuments and attractions. The facilities were excellent. A good kitchen enabled us to do some meals as we were there for 3 days.

The hotel is in a fabulous location in the center of the old town. The hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if returning to Bilbao. The coffee shop in the lobby has great coffee and there’s a wonderful bakery just a few doors down for breakfast.

On arrival Chris on Reception was exceptionally helpful - the location was splendid - in the Old Town and very close to all amenities - plenty of shops and cafes nearby, the standard of service was fantastic

URBAIA ROOMS is situated in Donostia-San Sebastián, 4.4 km from Calle Mayor, 5 km from Kursaal Congress Centre and Auditorium, as well as 5.3 km from La Concha Promenade. It is located 4.1 km from Victoria Eugenia Theatre and provides luggage storage space. Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Everything was clean, comfortable, and modern. The shower space was particularly large and drained well, which made it very comfortable to use. The bedding was also clean and cozy. The property is located in a quiet residential area away from the city center, so it’s perfect for relaxing. There are bus stops and a train station right in front of and behind the building, making it very easy to reach the Old Town and other main attractions. Buses that stop just 5 meters from the property run until late at night, and there are night buses available as well. A very thoughtful and kind woman at the reception helped me a lot, including recommending places to visit and booking a taxi. I’m very grateful for her assistance.

Modern , clean , good design and in centre of town. Staff were superb. A good find.
