The tranquility of feeling home away from home. Staff were super helpful whether that be face to face or via what’s apps. They were so welcoming and always happy to help. I stayed in the oasis Yurt for one night then upgraded to the eco yurt. Both accommodations were very clean and beautiful.

Everything about this property, including the facilities, furnishing, decor, cleanliness and location, was excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone staying in Puerto del Carmen, particularly for longer stays like the one we had. We have been holidaying in the resort on a regular basis for many years and this is the best accommodation we have stayed in by some distance.

Just the most amazing property I have every seen in the most amazing location with stunning 360 views. We had 1 of the 9 guest accommodations (a double room with shower) opening to the main terrace with pool and access to the shared spaces like a perfectly well equipped kitchen, large living/dining room and outdoor areas. It was magical and we regretted that we only had 1 night there. You can easily stay there a week and go visit the whole island from this very central location.

Absolutely superb accommodation, very clean, excellent location. House was perfect. Quiet but walking distance to supermarkets and Marina Rubicon. Beautiful beaches nearby. Wonderful holiday. We would love to stay again.

Our hosts Fiona and her husband were very welcoming, helpful and genuinely friendly. They accommodated our stay and holiday beyond the accommodation. Their house which is very nice clean and quirky, has 3 floors, a central atrium, and a roof top balcony for chilling out in the evening with a drink. The shared kitchen has all amenities and needed utensils with bonus coffee and there is a balcony right outside it to have a nice peaceful breakfast. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and comfortable with good linens and towels

The apartment is spacious and modern with all the features you could need to spend a comfortable vacation. The location is excellent. Only 50 meters from the beach. We enjoyed a morning swim before exploring the city. It is also only 200 meters to a bus station which allowed us to visit other towns around the island with ease. Our hosts could not have been more helpful and this made our stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday with the flexibility of exploring the island.
