The hotel is not one big block, but several smaller buildings, different pools and settings. Nice programs for kids and adults. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious. Wide range of selection of food and nice fresh products both breakfast and diner. The staff is smiley and kind.

It was so clean, friendly and quiet. Even though it is big you still get a relaxing, calm, unique holiday. I loved every second of it.

The swimming pools, especially the heated outdoor one are very nice. The palm trees and plants everywhere inside made it feel like living in the jungle without the bugs.

Everything! The rooms were airy and clean. The staff were always so friendly and helpful, even after they were finished a shift. The food had a lot of variety and was very tasty. I really appreciate how the restaurant worked efficiently to provide for so many guests! Finally, the pool side was relaxed and the staff kept up a fun yet serene atmosphere. 5 stars. Would definitely come again!

The food was excellent. The accommodation was above standard, large rooms. Parking 30 meters from the hotel. The water in the pool was cold, as expected. Absolute satisfaction.

I unexpectedly had to get to Lanzarote to assist with a family medical emergency. I needed a bed for a few nights so I booked one of the best value places I could find. I wasn’t expecting anything like what I received. This is a really great hotel. Excellent service, accommodation and staff. I never got the chance to use any of the pools but if it was a family holiday, my kids would have been in the pools all day I think. I stayed on a HB basis, but there are water, juice and hot drinks available free also all day long! The food and restaurant was fantastic. In terms of value for what I paid- exceptional! There is a bus stop just outside the hotel which I used to get to Playa Blanca, Arricife and the airport! I arrived after 23:00 and the taxi from the airport cost me 20€.

Stayed for one night, beautiful location and hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. The restaurant in the lobby was great. Would definitely recommend.

hotel was amazing, room as lovely, staff are the nicest ive ever encountered, friendly and beyond helpful. all around it was a fabulous hotel. breakfast was lovely I had everything uou would want. the whole hotel, rooms, pool area and restaurant was sparkling clean.
