Very comfortable and pleasant accommodation with a quiet, well-appointed room. The beds are large and comfortable, and both the room and bathroom are thoughtfully furnished. There is also an electric kettle with coffee and tea available. The balcony is spacious and offers privacy, along with a lovely view of the pool and the sea. Breakfast and dinner are generous, with a wide selection of fresh, delicious food, including plenty of fruits and vegetables. The coffee is excellent. Cycling paths and seaside promenades begin right next to the hotel, making it ideal for both biking and relaxing walks. Nearby, there is a well-stocked supermarket, as well as two excellent cycling shops offering high-quality bike rentals. The staff are very helpful, friendly, and highly professional. There is also a car rental service conveniently located next to the hotel. An excellent place for a family holiday—and even better for cyclists and triathletes.

Preferred club is a very convenient package, everything was perfect, breakfast spot on!

We spent 10 days here. All the members of the staff were extremly friendly, the food was ok, the rooms are big enough, we had fun at the pools. Special thanks goes to the animation team for the children, the mini disco was the best! So thank you, Imara, Viktor and Viki!!!

This is our second year to this hotel, we absolutely LOVE IT!!! The food is well prepared and good variety, the rooms are roomy and clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and everything is for us, just perfect. Thank you Javier Rodriguez for a wonderful hotel that always makes us feel welcome, we will be back next November.

Facilities are modern and clean. Proximity to the beach and shopping areas. Great gym area, excellent choice of food for breakfast.

Very calm despite school holidays. Lovely hotel and staff.

Spacious room. Large, free car park. Friendly staff. Wide range of food in the dining room and all well-cooked. Although the drinks included in the all-inclusive package were not brands they were much better quality than in other similar hotels. Attractive grounds. Three swimming pools with plenty of space around the pool.

The food was excellent. The accommodation was above standard, large rooms. Parking 30 meters from the hotel. The water in the pool was cold, as expected. Absolute satisfaction.

Rooms are clean with big bed. Food is amazing and you have a lot to choose from. Hotel is located near airport, beach and supermarker, so the location is great.

All the staff was very helpful and kind; I was celebrating my birthday and they made sure to make me feel welcomed!

We had an amazing holiday, the hotel was excellent. We enjoyed the big and comfortable room with terrace, the pools, the restaurant and all meals were really well prepared and very delicious. And all the staff was super nice, very polite and really helpful. Hope to come again as it was a really pleasant stay.

We spent a week in the hotel, we had half board and it was quite enough for us. But if someone has different needs, there are many restaurants, cafes and shops around the hotel. Right next to the hotel there is a promenade and an excellent beach. The food is excellent, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. We would like to give special praise to the waiter Salek from the restaurant, who was smiling from ear to ear all seven days.
