Honestly the dreamiest hotel, we have had such an incredibly amazing stay. Hotel was kind enough to give us an upgrade to a double room with an amazing spacious balcony terrace. It had a wonderful view of the gran via. They also welcomed us with fruits and chocolate. The staff are amazing very friendly and super helpful and welcoming. Room is super clean; spacious and really modern. Amenities are great. Toilet is very very clean and new. And there is a detox water always available in the reception. The hotel is super central literally everything is within a walking distance. Metro is 5 mins walk. Really enjoyed my stay and would come back whenever I visit Madrid again. I can’t recommend this hotel enough🩷

I stayed at Best Price Alegria near Suanzes metro and had a really nice time. The hotel was cozy, tidy, and quiet, perfect after a day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and made everything easy. With the metro station so close, getting around Madrid was simple, and returning to a calm neighborhood felt good. All in all — a simple, comfortable stay at a fair price. 100% RECOMMEND

The location was ideal .A few minutes walk from plaza mayor -very central indeed .The main attractions all within walking distance .In fact the only occasion I would say the metro was needed was for our visit to Bernabeu stadium . The apartment block has a lift which is also a plus and small terrace or balcony -always handy for a little fresh air . I would stay again .

The apartment is so much better than the photos show. It was very clean and well equipped. The feeling was that it was brand new and we were the first guests. The apartment is quite big and it has everything you need. The bed is also very comfortable. Cleaning was alao available for free, you just need to request it at reception. The area is a quite and nice one, there are shops and restaurants nearby. Access to town center is easy- there is a bus stop across the street where you get off when you come from town center. For going downtown the bus stop is 100m away. There is also metro, about a 10 minute walk. The reception is open until 12 at night but self check-in is slso available. When we left, we asked to leave the luggage a few more hours and they were very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
